NW Plus CU Mobile Banking

Sometimes slow and the mobile deposit picture taking could use an upgrade.

One of the worst apps I have had to run, not ideal for banking, definitely not user friendly. Just overall a very outdated, underfunded and poorly designed system. I have never had more issues with online banking than using this app.

Ease of use and clear buttons and directions. Has all my accounts from the bank and credit cards as well! Even gives me a good credit score section to monitor my credit. A great financial app! Would recommend to anyone who banks with NWPCU!

The app needs an update!!! this is a very low quality app for this day and age!!! please fix the app, fix mobile transfers and stop charging a transfer fee when both parties bank with you, when we have to call in and make the transfer since its not offerd on the app. ohh and stop closing on black Friday or up our atm withdrawal limits on holidays since yall like to take extra long holiday vacations

Gotten better but it still sucks. Persistent notification that you have to forever stop is super annoying. Doesn't really inspire confidence about the security of my account when they can't get a simple apps notification to work correctly

Unteliable. Crashes regularly. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't fix it. Spent 45 minutes in online chat only to learn it's a known problem with *certain* android devices, with no fix. Two weeks after online chat, I receive a call from customer service saying it's fixed, but now the app doesn't even open. Customer Service's advise? "Just use the website if the app doesn't work for you.' *sigh*

App always crashes, can't even log in half the time. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times today, immediately kicks me out everytime I even click on the app. Would be nice if there was a decent app that actually worked.

I find this app okay but the bill pay could use some work, more access to information. It would be A LOT better if there was a way to mark the items on the screen as we balance the check book, had that YEARS ago with BOA.

Like the app, but don't like having my other account in the system on opening page and can't access accounts or balances. Disappointed that the bank is now going to charge 1dollar for every over the phone transfer. Website is frustrating.

App is almost as bad as the bank if you need any information about your account good luck and if you want any ATM fees refunded (because this joke of a bank doesn't have a single ATM) Good luck they just come up with one thing after another you need to do before eventually telling you that they only refund $10 in fees.

I love this app. What I especially love about this bank is that I can log into the desktop version two days prior to getting paid and it will show my pending deposit. I wish it would show pending deposits in the app but I love everything else!

The app was updated, and still looks like it's from 5 years ago. You will spend about 5 minutes just staring at loading screens, and about 50% of the time the app just straight up does not work

This app is TRASH. Mobile Deposit is Broken and does not work properly 75% of the time. Every time this app asks me to review it, I will continue to give it 1 star until I no longer have issues with Mobile Deposit. Internal transfers between accounts is also not working either.

It's good works for most of what I need on the go. Would be n9ce to be able to pay my bank issued credit card.

I've been with NW Plus for about 4 years now after escaping BOA and all their fees. Fee free here and love the local feeling from staff at the Stanwood branch, always a pleasant experience and I set the bar high in customer service businesses. Try them and you won't be disappointed.

This app is very problematic for me, frustrating to use, and very limited in its scope. I like supporting a credit Union, but dang. I kind of want to stick my head in the oven every time I have to use this thing.

Google Play reports that the app is not compatible with my 5-yr old LG phone. Seriously? Android is designed to be backwards-compatible, this is just sloppy app development.

easy banking, credit checks, and account transfers. i have my car loan and line of credit through them so paymemts are simple and immediate when transfering from my checking account.

This app is not user friendly at all. you cannot access information in bill pay. They need to make it more friendly, especially since their web site has been down for two days with no ETA of when it will be back up and running

Would have given 5 stars but the vmcredit card payment function is still down! Just got one and it makes it difficult because I have to go to the online website everytime to pay it.

Pretty good experience. Mobile depositing is nice and its easy to check debit accounts on the fly.

After last few updates it freezes. Use to be reliable but now I have to reinstall often just to use it, maybe. I hope they get this ironed out.

Hardly ever comes up no matter what my wifi status is. Can't pay credit card online. Never accepts my mobile deposits and I dont see that until it's used my LOC and I get notices at home a week later.

Is a bit old fashioned. Looks old style compared to another banking app ive used. Also finicky when trying to log in and sometimes the terminology is confusing

Works fine. I've had an account with this Credit Union since I was 7 years old. They changed the name but I've stuck with it for 24 years.

App freezes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail.

Non functional, won't accept my username or password, even after quadruple checking with tellers that they were correct.

Doesn't work on my phone anymore after update. So frustrated and tired trying to make anything from this bank work for me.
