Transfer easy ... instance balance is ok ... would be nice to see last deposit or last withdrawal without opening full app ...just a thought

I've used this app since it first came out, and love it. My current phone is a OnePlus 8, running Android 11, and whenever I try to open the app, I get a window telling me that I "do not have network connectivity," and the app won't load. I've verified at these times that my phone does have connectivity, that other financial apps work, and that the NWPCU app works on my wife's iPad. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. Anyone else having this problem?

I love this app so much! I can see all my accounts easily. It has made me save so much money cause I can easily see how much I was spending on Amazon and Doordash. My favorite feature is being able to transfer money to my other accounts, so everytime my paycheck is deposited I can transfer some to savings even if it's just 5 bucks.

Sometimes my password will not work. Then using the same password the next day it works. I verified that the password I used the first time was correct. The message returned; "call the credit union". Of course they don't have a 24 hr line. So what good is that? I attempted again using the same password this morning. The transaction went through perfectly. I'm certain it was either the app or the system wasn't available for some reason; if that's the case, use a different message.

Very easy to navigate, rarely ever gives me any issues even on my cheap outdated phone. (Edit) i've since upgraded phones and they have updated the app and its still easy to use and a great banking tool!

Rarely works. Bill pay is never available. Takes many attempts to even get the app to open most times. Ready to switch banks because of this.

This is a very useful app especially since this bank finally got Samsung Pay working! Awesome! Great bank too! This is a good bank.

Everytime I open it, it says I have an auto clicker on, which I don't, so I can't use the app anymore. Soo I guess I'll delete it now since it's become unusable for me.

I've lived out of the area this last year and thought I would have to bank elsewhere. I learned about online banking now accepting deposits and I was able to all my banking online with NWPCU :)

I love the new upgrades. it is easier to navigate the site. I love my Credit Union, it's the only way to bank!

The format is straight forward and easy to navigate. Managing this account on line is liberating through personal control.

Easy to use! Efficient! I would give it 5 stars if their 24-hr assistance actually worked...

I use the app almost exclusively for my banking. Rarely use the computer anymore.

So, once you update, how many times must you log in before the prompt goes away? Not much of a fan of this, but I suppose I'll get used to it...

Makes banking so much easier. I've never had a problem with this app.

First mobile deposit. It was relatively easy. This Elder feels so techno saavy!
