This app is horrible. They should have fixed the issues by now since it's release. The account summary page is blank so you can't see your balances and can't click on an account to view transactions. When I tried to transfer money it took forever for the screen to load. There have been no improvements. They made a bad app even worse. I have tries to uninstall it and then reinstalled it hoping that would fix the problem, it didn't. Please please fix as I depend on using this app.

Not sure exactly what happened. This application used to be great. Let me do the things I needed to do. Then the developers must have changed something. Because it no longer works at all. I login, either with a password or Fingerprint, and I get stuck on a while screen. Deleted and reinstalled, same issue. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Doesn't work. Downloads and installs fine. Able to log in, select account, enter check amount, take crisp pictures of front/back of check, but returns an error when you try to submit. NWFCU Support had me make sure access to the camera was permitted (it was), and that enough light was provided to take the pictures (there was). She said "that's all I can do for you." BTW, instructions on the Mobile Banking website says check your email for a PIN from them after your initial login. Nope. Bad app.

Only use banking mobile apps to just view balances of my accounts, and this app seems to do it fine. Haven't had the poor experiences others have stated in their reviews yet. Really needs to have fingerprint login though. Some aspects of the app have the old android UI design, and is outdated in that regard. It gets the job done.

As another reviewer said I have not used this app to do mobile deposits so haven't used the feature that others have reported having so much trouble with. I use it primarily to check balances and make (frequent!) transfers between my accounts and those of my college-age daughters. Works flawlessly for those tasks.

Used to be a fantastic app, you could do everything you normally could through the website only significantly more conveniently, but now the fingerprint login option just brings up a white screen making the whole app inconvenient. Manual password entry still works though.

Rating this one star, hoping to get developers attention. I don't know what happened but recently the fingerprint sign in is not working at all. It loads a white screen and just hangs there. Probably stopped working sometime early to mid-May. Please fix this and the rating can go back to 5*

I have been trying to access one of my accounts via this POS since I got it. Even with the update and having gone to the bank to make sure I could use the mobile app, I still don't see it nor can I deposit to it through the app. If you're going to make an app to make it EASIER for folks to do banking, make one that actually works the way it's supposed to.

Total worthless. Had issues depositing. Now i can deposit but get white screen when trying to review accounts. Customer service is useless. Looking for anorher banking option. Maybe one with an app. that i can actually view my accounts on.

App used to be good but every update it gets worse. Its now barley usable, When it doesn't lock me out trying to input complex passwords it Wont show actual account data. I have removed it from my phone and gone old school call the phone banking when i need quick info.

No longer works. No matter how I try to sign in I just get a white screen, it never progresses to the accounts page. I'm going to try reinstalling again, but considering I see I am not the only one with this issue I do not hold much hope of it working correctly.

The app used to be a good one. It suddenly stopped working. After using the fingerprint function all that's is presented is a white screen. It's been happening for about two weeks.

Like many have said the account summary after the update is unavailable which is very inconvenient. Also any time I try to switch screens it makes me log back in. This needs to be fixed.

You can log in with password but fingerprint sign in just produces a blank white page like mentioned below . And this all started a week or two ago. It worked perfectly fine on my galaxy s10 up until that point.

Experiencing the same issues as others with fingerprint sign on. Worked fine up until a week or two. Now I just get a white screen after successfully authenticating.

So last update was back in 2018 and is 2020 almost 2021. New phones are released by the minute by the big retailers. I cant even snap a check because camera cant focus. No my phone is in perfect working order because its brand new Note 20 Ultra. I am able to deposit on the business account I have in another bank but not with NWFCU. People get your stuff together and start working on upgrading your APP you are ridiculous. If I am able to give you negative rating would do it hopefully this will get your attention!

The app doesn't work since the update. Maybe they should have hired professional coder's to build the app. Everything is off center and it's impossible to sign in. So much for convenience.

Has not worked consistently for Android since May 2020, and NWFCU has not communicated regarding the issue. The website works so st least I can check my balance. It was my primary bank, but I'll be transitioning that status to another institution that values transparency, customer service and 21st century functionality.

Hate this app. Can't tranfer to make car payment with the app must be done online. PIA. Still feel the same. I do use it for credit card payments. Doesn't make sense on my end.

Big pile of meh, felt like I had to perform some voodoo witchcraft ritual to get mobile deposit to work. The green lines for the camera do not matter, how the photo comes out in the thumbnail is what whatever the system sees. so this means you'll have to take your photo quite some distance from the check.

FIX THIS APP!!!!!! Cant do mobile deposit with Andriod or IOS. Keep getting "Remote Deposit Capture Login Failed" Deleted and reinstalled multiple times and ensured app has access granted to camera. Please fix this or we will have to move accounts because there is no branch closer than 40 mins to us.

It looks like they fixed the Biometrics login on my Galaxy Note 10. I'm only rating a 3 because the reaction and fix took so long with no notification of root cause and I'm afraid that it may break again. So far so good.

Just downloaded the app and deposited three checks. Worked like a charm. The first time I've ever done online banking. Not sure why others are having problems.

Does anyone else have the message come up that states of you get this message you need to install the new update? I have installed the new mobile app like 5 times and keep getting the same message. I can sign on , do transfers etc just tried of getting that message

Thumbprint recognition keeps breaking...taking you to a white screen. Even if you clear cache, etc..which you shouldn't have to do.. .reinstall the app doesn't help either.
