I cannot open this app without opening home spotter.... I don't want home spotter

Not flexible and i can never search for what i want

Would be better if we had the ability to save listing to a cart from the app.

Unable to open individual listings now...can only view pictures when (lists) is selected and can not read listing info :( please fix!!!

Need more options to share properties (txt msg, WhatsApp etc). Right now email is the only option available.

I loved this app on my Samsung Galaxy... Now I have a moto z force and the app won't open. Not ok

I can log into the website just fine but my login and password. I try to log into the mobile app and it gives me bad error log in with no opportunity to fix it. Poor usability mediocre product at best

Go to the NWMLS site and change your subscription to include the mobile.

Never allowed me to login, gives error each & every time. When I test the same creds via main web access site on phone (Chrome) I get in though. Kinda useless unless one can get in... Would love to use if it would work for me!

The new version is better in many, many ways. However, there is no way to sort by status in a cart, which is incredibly frustrating. Also, the process of finding the sort options that are there seems rather random and awkward. Please fix the sort feature!

The new version is awesome! Easy access to Realist is very convenient!

It hard to search for a property by address.

Many key things are not incorporated into the search feature of the app. It is ok for a quick lookup but could be much better. Plus when you use it on a tablet the photos are tiny when you choose to enlarge them. It also doesn't populate complete results. I have been in front of homes before I know are listed in the mls and it doesn't find them no matter what you search or how you search. It is handy but needs improvement.

If you could alter the search by lot size this would be a great app. The search function is great otherwise and a big assistance on the road. The only other limitation I've found is the lack of search restrictions for distressed sales. Site size and REO sales are a big influence on my searching needs and if they could be included in the criteria options this app would have it all.

Galaxy S4. How are agents giving this four and five stars? It's beyond me. Unreliable log in. Doesn't log in half the time so I have to continually hit the login button until it does . Not full functionality. When I search near me oftentimes I find that the listing I'm in front of is not even on the map. There's no way to revise your search criteria either so you either have to copy it or enter the entire MLS or address again if you got it wrong the first time. Better than nothing. But barely so.

Not 100% reliable... many times I'm in front of a listing, do a search and it can't find it. I come home and the desktop MLS finds it just fine. When it works it's helpful but unfortunately I cannot rely on it.

It could use some improving, but overall you will be glad that you have it. I am like most agents very mobile and this app allows me to accomplish many of the same things that the desktop version has.

Samsung G3. Pictures and font too SMALL. Need ability to reverse pinch and make everything bigger. Home spotter worked great at first a few months ago, now msg says move away from metal objects and takes long time to populate anything, but still useless. Could use search more if it did what others have commented below... Keep up the good work!

The property spotter seems a little wonky but otherwise it's a decent app when you figure out how to use it effectively.
