I noticed that some are having issues on payments. I receive the bill amount on the day of meter reading by SMS and pay the bill through my on-line banking. No issues everything works well. I get the discount also for immediate payments. Its no matter where I'm living in this world. This is Great for me. Good work NWSDB.
I just registered and paid the bill online. However the amount received in the bill was 930 and when i logged into the app its showed - 400 ffs. But i still proceed with 1000 Rs payment. And now not able to login again as it shows mobile number not valid. 🤦♂️ And during registration i found that the app developer doesn't know mobile number validation. Simple Google search could have helped
It's cool. But I have 2 requests. First thing is When I pay the Bills, have to fill card details again and again. Can you develop it to remember my card? After this development I need to fill only cvc number mentioned on back side of the card. I don't know that, can you do this or not but Some latest apps doing that perfectly. Second thing is please link this app with samsung pass to auto fill login details. After I can give you next 2 stars. Thank you so much.
It doesn't work properly. Previous app version worked but now app even doesn't connect to your server. it gives an error message as Type error: network request fail.
In the billing details page please also add the full charge for the month. That means any credit or debit amount form the last month. Now it's only shows the current month charge. Please add it. Thanks. Chnaged my status because of their service. Thanks again. Did not expect this kind of service from government institutions.
New version is good, but considering the Billing and Payment section, just after payment Payment section shows payment has been done, but the Billing section still shows (Due amounts) that the payments have not been made. If the billing section is updated as soon as it is paid, it does not show any confusion.
Good initiative. Should consider about data security. It looks passwords are stored in plain text. Forgot password option sends my username and entered password together in SMS which reveals poor password and security management and high risk of user data. Please fix this asap and make sure credentials are stored in secured way and send password reset link to reset password
First impression of the new App is really good. Impressive work by the team. Hope registered plumbers details be really useful too. However, there's an issue with the app icon. The icon is a generic android icon. Not the NWSDB icon. I'm using VIVO Y15 and hope you can fix this in the next version.
Bad app ever seen.., in payment section when we add amount numbers it's entere auto many numbers. we can't change wrongly entered numbers. easily we can see how careless government office works like this. at least one time need to check before publish this important app. you need priority for this, In this pandemic people's can't go out to pay bills
The recently released version is much easier to use and user friendly. Without wasting time all the key information can be reviewed easily. Great..!! Far better than the old version
On 17th Feb 2020 I gave a one star review and deleted the app because it was impossible to sign into and handle. I just downloaded it today again and I must say you all have done a great job. Unbelievably smooth and very user friendly. Can do every NWSDB account related actions within the app. I am very happy about this app. Keep up the good work
Perfect. App works fine with my oneplus. The app easy enough to handle with. UI is simple. Bill history and other information is simply displayed. Really appreciate the efforts they put on this.
If you click on the back button while you are on the home screen then the app will redirect you to the sign-in page. when that happen user name and password will be displayed on the sign-in screen. Again user name and password will be available to other parties. The app shouldn't act like this. when the user clicks on the back button, the app should exit or ask a security question to exit. It should not go the sign-in page unless the user sign-out. When you enter your user name and password, you can put a tick on remember me. When you do that next time you log in user name and password will automatically fill. That's good but still the user has the option to view the password. What happen if someone stole my phone and open this app, then he will be able to view my save password. So remove password viewing option only when you login from 'remember me' option or do not show sign-in page when user using 'remember me' option. most app do like that. Please consider these matters seriously.
App was working fine with me from the beginning until early May. However it's not working and unable to access my account, hanging forever! Kindly fix the issue urgently. Moreover, NWSDB web Smart zone also not accessible at all.
I had a problem not displaying recent bill information and developers got it fixed in no time. One of best support services. Keep it going guys. Revised my rating to the maximum possible.
Cannot use the app. Stuck in the same screen, no data is transferred from the servers. Typical government service.
Realtime customer support by the developer. We need more facilities on billing. Ex. Reversing request based on extra amount charged when no units consumed. The meter reader refer the previous month usage and issues the bill even no water been consumed. Consider reporting those problems to the relavent department(Eg.Account). This can be authenticate with the meter reader and house owner(by telephone) or if needed, officer can do a field visit to the billing address.
My app stopped working suddenly. (TypeError: Network request failed.) Need support. When I go into the app none of my registered accounts are shown.
I have been paying my water bill through this app. It was so convenient bu this time something is wrong and cannot pay the bill.
Can not add a account. When adding a correct account number error message shows enter valid account number. But account details are auto filled under the text field. Please fix that bug. Can not add account number.
What happened to the other app? It has been removed from the playstore. I cannot make online payments from this app as an error is shown
This App was working fine for me but recently found that when viewing bill details of an account it's looping to the login screen. Informed the error to support never heard about a response
I have informed few days ago regarding error. I cannot enter, it says check your username or password. I did informed to given email. But still no answer. I am wondering. I have given all the required details. Also I asked them clear my details in the application. Then I can fill again with another name.
Fantastic app, user friendly and attractive user interface and yet payment histories are hardly up to date! You have much to develop in that section!!
Great UI improvement after the update, accessible to all detail, great if you could include a subscription payment method in the next update or include an option to save the card details...
Useless App 01. It is not possible to make a complain. Normally the user should receive a reference number after placing a complaint. But users get only a blank SMS from mobitel number which is integrated into this app. As well complaints are closed by NWSDB staff without taking any action. 02. What is the reason for using a gmail ID as the developer's contact. Why is NWSDB unable to use an official email ID with their own domain. This is a very serious concern with regards to data security.
I downloaded this app and filled in the registration required by the app with my full name, username, e-mail. NIC No, Mobile nomber,and a Password and one's done it came up saying I was already registered. How come it says I am already registered when I haven't done it. Please check this as I haven't registered my details on this app please block it if it's been used by someone else. Thanking you
Everything Fine. UI design wonderful. But icon is not there after installation, only android studio default icon is there.
It's a good app. But the forget functionality should be improved since it is sending both username and password to the user in a text message. It's a security vulnerability since payment options and everything is in the app, if someone took the phone and get the information in the text message, he can access all the information. Forget password option should send a password reset link to reset the password, instead of sending the previous password with username in a text message.
