This app is very robust and complex while remaining easy to use. Use of the app requires your email address and password. You must be a member of National Write Your Congressman to use it.

I see no way to sign up, so I can't use the app. For this reason I'm going to give this one star. The website is equally unhelpful I'm not sure if this is just a dead app or not. As soon as I'm able to access this app I'll give it a re-review and up the stars.
