NY & COMPANY

Good for browsing & I placed an order. But I can't check order status or see my history. Would like to make changes to my address, but can't do that in the app. I have to rely on my phone's back button to navigate. There's no way to view my favorites (selected when using my PC) or mark new favorites. App feels incomplete.

App not working. I thought that I was the only one having this problem but after seeing the reviews I see that I'm not. It didn't happen until I updated the app so I'll take that as a sign to close my account & delete the app. I was already contemplating closing my account when they started charging a fee for returns since the stores are no longer open but not being able to use the app to buy or pay my bill is frustrating. Good bye NY & Co, it was fun while it lasted.

The app is deceiving, it does not update very well to give the accurate sale price on items, nor will it acuritly delete items in your cart when chosen before you check out. I was upset that I was not given the current sale price on items that I wanted to purchase. It is too glitchy for me and I have to be very careful when ordering so I went ahead and deleted the app. I wish it worked better so that I could place an order because there is not a store close by. If I can't trust the integrity of a companies product then I will have to cancel my credit account with them. Who knows what else will go wrong when it's time to pay the bill. Smh!

Something is wrong. After updating the app, I'm getting a blank page everytime I open it. All I see is the NY&Co logo, Home tab, and the cart. I tried clicking on all three but nothing is happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. It's frustrating when I can't access my account through the app.

The app is pretty nice with details, reviews, great pics of items sold. However, the menu option or a return to previous page choice is missing when an item is selected for view. This is why i gave it 4 stars. I love shopping with NY&C but after adding an address to gift my sister an item her address is now the default address on my account in the app. I have tried to remove the address but the app does not have that option. My emails about upcoming ads are addressed to her.

Previously I had no issues with this app, however now....nothing but problems. Open the app - it's blank. Tried deleting and reloading - now it won't connect to my internet. NY&C used to be my favorite place to shop online...that's quickly changing.

I dont know what's going on with the app now. I have Uninstalled and downloaded it several times and it still DOESN'T WORK. My objective was to pay my bill but I can't so now I have to call in which is super annoying and inconvenient! It's bad enough that all the stores have closed but now the damn app doesn't work!!! This use to be my favorite store.

The app is broke. I am trying to pay my bill. Very convenient that not working when the bill is due so they can charge me extra if late. I am not buying anything else from them if it's going to be this difficult just to pay my bill. Online was difficult as well. Done shopping with NY & company.

The app is broken. I missed out on great holiday deals because I had to use the website, then the website didn't recognize my store card. No payments or shopping until the app is fixed. It's been over a month, patch it already.

i just downloaded the app. The only thing i like is now i have shopping and credit card on same platform. I do not not that i can't see my WISH LIST THERE IS NO WAY TO CREATE ONE. I don't like that when i put items in the shopping cart, i have no way of saving an item for later and no way to add it to my wish list instead. Now i have to go back to the internet to figure out what i already picked to order later.

I love all the deals that go on. shipping is fast I always get my package before the arrival date. the clothes are great and go at a good price. I love shopping at NY&Company. I have not had any issues online but the app keeps freezing.

Pictures should have front and back views. My phone app does not link to my computer so I have to search each product and add all to my cart again. My $20.00 rewards coupon does not go thru to my online order even though it has an online pin. It gives a message for in store use only.

Not sure why is giving me a blank screen. I've unistalled and reinstall twice. I'm giving up. The worse part is that customer service has ignored all the reviews that have the same complaint. What's going on? The website works fine, but it was more convenient to order things from the app.

My absolutely favorite clothing brand! The app is so easy to use and makes shopping quick and convenient. They have clothes that fit any size or height, quality construction and beautiful colors and prints.

Shopping went well check out and login not great. Couldnt reset password, also froze up and took forever to enter the city cash codes only to lose connection with the server at the end. So i deleted the app and went back to the website. Might try again in the future but it was slow to load

Best store around. So easy to navigate. They have tall sizes, which is rare. Absolutely love this store and the products. Online is as easy as shopping in store. So many coupons available. This place is awesome!

Menus are off. It's not a smooth transition going back and forth. In some categories selecting ALL of some gives another separated menu. Also while I was still actively scrolling my session timed out and I was logged out.

My rewards when available should be automatically be applied when prompt. There should be a better way to put all the numbers down and pin. I literally had to write it down to a piece of paper. There should be a button that you can just check and your rewards will be applied. You can't even copy and paste the numbers! Just like JC Penny once you log in it automatically updated your account and ask you if you wanna use your rewards prior to placing the order.

Oct 2018:It never actually allows me to log in under my account app I've never been able to use the app Apr 2019: just tried again with a brand new & completely different phone. Still unable to log in as it doesn't recognize my email and/or password. useless.

I love NY & Company fashion however, this app is very glitchy. The app freezes and does not apply my coupons properly. The app also makes it difficult to edit your cart. As one reviewer mentioned pay special attention to the pricing in the app!

App is not working. I've tried opening the app several times over the past two days and it continues to open to a blank white screen, never loading the full home page or shopping categories.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one the app is not working for. I was sent a text to let me know my payme t was late & it took me to the Commenity easy pay site which was surprisingly easy. However, I haven't been told that this is the new app to use to make payments. Please fix the app or inform customers of what to do next.

Horrible The app is still not working. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and it doesn't help. The website itself works fine. Apparently other users have experienced this for months now.
