Works exactly as it is supposed to on my Samsung S7. Scan the bar code on the front of the ticket and you don't have to enter a long string of numbers to enter the 2nd chance drawings. This bar code scanner is great because it works in low light and easily scans the bar codes.

Hey guys I figured out the whole scanner and barcode issue, and it not recognizing the barcode, or won't scan. When you first log in, go to the menu drop down, from there, select the ENTER TICKETS tab, haven't had a problem since! Hope this helps.

Fix your app! The last update has the top section overlapping the area where you would click the Winning Numbers field to see the most recent and past winning numbers such that you're unable to select that area. It's been like this for daya now.

Previos edit was for NY Collect N Win app. This app freezes all of the time. constantly have to close it and reopen. Sometimes you literally have to wait minutes for an entry to go through.

the CA lottery apps is all in one app plus scanner and tickets cheker .is funny one state can have app which is functioning correctly with all the option and another stat like NY have 3 apps for each of that function and still doesn't do half the stuff that one app do .who ever is in charge of NY lottery department really need to check in to this and beside west money and time creat one with all options And let this be clear us as customer dont like to install too many app from the same anttity

I just opened the app and it didn't read one card. I contacted NYL help and received an email that the new version was out. So I uninstalled the and guess what happened. NOTHING. I just typed in the card numbers and hope that my ticket entries give me a chance to win the 10k. Good Luck to everyone.

Since this app along with "Extended Play", "Access HRA", are apps developed for NYC gov., all I got to say is that there's a lot of fraud and corruption going on. If the City would pay me I strongly believe I would get apps developed that works instead of wasting tax payers money. Getting paid for nothing would give me a much more lavish life. I suggest people to start complaining to the Government not the Playstore

I have this app for long time. No wining dont makes difference between lose tickets and purchase new tickets you just lucky when you get your money back or few dollars more,most of the time lose. Where is advertising winings???

there is no view finder to scan barcodes..used to work with out it but now doesn't scan at all..i have the other nylottery apps and they all work ok..

Why are you only accepting scratch offs for the second chance? You can no longer enter you Lotto or Powerball or Mega tickets. NY Lottery has gotten really cheap. You need to rethink your promotion. Uninstalling!

scanner works very poorly. Obviously the only one reading this are people downloading the app . as they haven't fixed the problem yet .maybe someone that works for the company will read this and fix the app or maybe they don't know how to they should hire someone and knows how to because they obviously don't

The scanner has been acting up for a while now and i dont think its fair to me that i have to miss out on entries cuz of this problem!!! please fix ASAP!!!!!!

Had to Unistall and reinstall numerous times because after you scan tickets it does not recognize the barcode when you scan the first time and then after 5 unrecognized scans it locks you out for 24 hours so this app needs Improvement in order to get 5 stars

this app won't even let me log in to do my tickets says whoops error try again with error code. wrote you guys and I get a response there's no problem. well clearly there is.

i down load this app just so i didnt have to type the tickets in an it only scanded the very first one an wont do anymore i also tryed it on my dads an once again the first ticket an not anymore.can you guys fix this bc if i have to type the tickets in by hand then i dont need this app taking up space for something i can goto the web site for

Why can't you entry lottery tickets for second chance drawings anymore? You used to be able to enter lottery tickets, as well as scratch off tickets for second chance drawings.

I have won 1 time yea app is real but I've seen people win 5 times and there white and I've had 17000 entries in one time and didn't win game is Rigged

The interactive price is right game keeps freezing and then I loose out on the games and showcase showdown

A lot of server is down messages and a bit frustrating when using the scanner
