Total trainwreck all of '19, not much has changed. Constant crashes and password resets. Multiple games last season it straight up wouldn't work when I tried to enter the stadium. Please stop forcing us to use this app for ticketing. Easily the worst part of the NYRB fan experience. #dobetter

Navigation was easy. Easy access to tickets etc. No complaints. After using this for a while I dropped this review to one. This evening I went to redeem a code and the app pulled somone elses home address and ticket info, I can only imagine someone else is seeing mine. Not good.

Disappointing to be honest. My main peeve is the match notifications are always around 10 or 15 minutes late, & I've had notifications of cards being issued coming in AFTER full time! Was hoping this would have a commentary feed as well for games I can't watch, not just constant late card & foul updates. Would have liked much more info on games played & upcoming as well. Come on NYRB you can do better than this, even if on the pitch the team loses half the time!

Developer , Your work is respectable, but the app needs a lot of memory to start , it glitches when one tries to clear the memory and deletes even the account sign in , ticketmaster is connected to that and it deletes logins , this tells me that there is a bug somewhere in the start of it , that trashes all your work , i hope it helps

The app/ability to access the app at the arena is horrible. can't login via saved biometrics, informs me invalid username or password, attempt to reset password, account does not exist, register a new account, email in use. spend 30 mins in line at the box office with what seemed like several hundred other fans who couldn't get into the arena in 40 degree weather.

The app is horrendous. First I ran into the issue where the app had a conflict with play store. Now, I can't login, can't reset my password, can't create a new account... horrible horrible app.

Tried to catch up on the remotely. The video popped up up ads or offers for the next video that interfered with the video I was trying to watch. Seriously? Headline claims BWP has a bicycle. All I saw was an offer to watch another video.

Worst app. Ruins fan experience. Stopped recognizing biometrics, tried to reset PW. That failed, had to Uninstall App now it won't install. Last year was no better often failing to pull up tickets at the gate.

This app is terrible, have to re-download after every update. The tickets never save to phone like listed. Barely even opens and work at home let alone the stadium. Suppose to use this for season tickets but always have to sign into ticketmaster just to pull up tickets at stadium. Terrible app

Easy to use. Everything in one place. Taking tech to the next level. only downside is phone related issues might be an extra hassle

This app is the worst. Fails on Match Days. It's difficult to navigate. Crashes randomly which makes it hard to view tickets/load Red card when you want.

app always crashes. I wouldn't have it installed if I didnt need it to get my tickets. Still the worst app in the game. Won't take user name and password when user name and password works using a web browser.

i like this app a lot. I have season tickets and it really comes in handy in many ways. The functionality is good and my seven year old daughter loves to find news and stats about her favorite Red Bulls Players. Good app.

The worst. This app is the literal worst app I've ever used. I don't understand how the Red Bulls aren't embarrassed as a professional team to use something so ridiculously subpar. If you can avoid itx stay away. Total trash. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

App constantly stops working after login. I can't access my tickets. No difference seen after clearing cached data, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Still same issue.

the app ia great, could use some small ux improvements. one word of warning, it never works 15 minutes before a gane while you are waiting to get into the stadium.

App won't load majority of the time. Difficult to access tickets prior to games. As a season ticket holder, it's disturbing that the company doesn't care and says to take it up with Ticketmaster.

With this app I can manage my season tickets, look at the schedule, access members+ and get all my #RBNY news. The app is smooth and easy to navigate.

The app is very handy - when it works. Need to find a way for fans to get what they need more quickly. also to maintain full operation after updates.

Made mistake of changing my password on ticketmaster, now I can't log into the app with my account. Have Uninstalled it over 6x now. Need this resolved before the season starts with mobile ticketing.

its really amazing, its handy, but the one problem i have with it is that i cant get my tickets that i bought through my phone but i do have them on my desktop so i don't know how i can get them. but it is a really good app

Straight up does not work, ever. Galaxy S7 edge. Loads fine, functionality is atrocious.

App rarely works like it is supposed to, drains my phones resources, and crashes constantly.

app runs better than I thought. Was upset when I first heard everything was switching to the app but it's really good and fun to use!

This app won't even open anymore. It forces close every time I try to open. Need it to get in the game later so please fix.

Great App!! Keep all my info in one spot and accessible with a simple click.

Loading the app takes 2-3 force closes. As of now I can't even get it to load once. Really disappointed.

Awful. Keeps freezing and won't open. Bring back paper tickets instead of this junk app.
