When I first started using the App the busee were in chronological order, Now they are All Over The Place. What happened? This makes it harder to find the bus you need
this app is pretty good, does the bare minimum job. The other MTA BUS app which was shutdown had a super convenient map of the bus route and showed where the buses are on that route, and I used that feature the most. I hope that the developers of this app can implement this feature in, as I find that I am tediously googling a map of the bus route often. It should not be difficult to code in.
great app until you need to refresh and it take 5 minutes which you could have decided to wait or to walk. time usually is not that accurate by 2-3 minutes and something we walk to station and you see the bus pass by 4 mins later and can't reach it. I uninstalled the app when it was offline it didn't work. it was good not anymore using NYC Transit
freezes all the time after checking just once for my bus. The only fix seems to be clearing the cache over and over. which defeats the purpose when you are near a stop. after i manage to do a search the only way to do another is to clear the cache er
A must have app. Very accurate. But keep in mind late at night you need to head out sooner to get the bus because not many people are waiting on bus during late hours so it will by pass stops quickly and be at stop ahead of time. So other than that this app is perfection. I no longer be grumpy waiting on bus i now know exactly when its going to be there 😀😍😁.
The NYC bus time app is never actually acourdly updated with the schedule that was listed on the 🛑🚌 polls. BUT when U tap in the number of 🛑that is listed. BUT it's absolutely compellingly got the wrong information.
I rely on this app as part of my job in which I visit different schools throughout the city on a daily basis. Much better than Waze.
It works must better than the other app that shape like a S with green background that show Subwaystracking as well and I only uses Bus.,sometimes off,but I do not blame the driver because at times he has to a strap and unstrap wheelchair also traffic situations.
This app not good at all,the main purpose of this app is to show you the tjme when the bus is going to be on terminal,but its a way off,itd mote then 15mjn off.Not Good ,Uninstall and try to find another app with real time
this app is really one of the best apps for the accuracy of real time bus schedules O tried a few others just to see and none compared to this apps easy use

I cant save my favorite Route Bus i use 12bx and 12bx selet bus but i have to search for them . but the timing is good
install the app and open and it's fine, when I close and reopen not able to see I get a white screen
l use every day it very easy to understand not complicated l like other please fixed l can use again
It could be made easier to negivate where and what bus you need and more easier to ask what time the bus You need is arriving or at.. kinda confusing..

Anytime I want to know exactly how long the bus will take, it tells you right down to the secound when your bus will be arriving and it comes in handy when its raining out andvi dont leave my house until my bus is 5 minutes away from my stop, This is the best app by far

It works very well. It is usually surprisingly accurate with the bus times but occasionally it is off by a lot. I suspect it's a problem with certain buses GPS because it tells me 20 min to the next bus and a bus is pulling in. (Happens on the Bx26 most) One thing I don't understand is why there's not an option to automatically select the stop you're at using the gps. Manual is ok but sometimes it's difficult when you are in a new area.
