App working great. Have been using for quite some time. Just upgraded phone to Pixel 6 pro w/ Android 12. I noticed that the icon in the notification shade is the standard bell 🔔. I know this is an Android limitation but if the icon could be changed so that it is distinguishable from other notifications that would be great. Notification shade icons are all basic B&W but some apps do have a unique icon.
Having trouble changing the notification sounds. Samsung Galaxy S21+. Any time I try to "set sound" it crashes the app. I've tried every sound. Can only use "default" sound which is actually the default phone sound, not the old NYC Fire Wore default sound (MDT Ring). Any ideas?
App is great, just hoping they catch up to the functionality of the iOS version soon especially with notification settings! It's been a long wait for this app and doesn't disappoint!
I can listen to Broadcastify and hear everything better.i don't hear much on this app, except a few dispatches. It is extremely spotty. Not sure if it is my android, or the specific phone
App constantly gives error messege. Take 5 attempts to open it. Constantly send feedback but the developers have yet to fix any bugs. Glad I dont pay for it
UPDATE: alright, it seems the glitch they had after the update is corrected! Now, if they can just get the other Live Feeds up and running...🤔
Had little problem login back in. At first didn't get much support but did get the help I needed and was able to get in thank you!

Its free to install but after that you got to pay to use live scanners which is one of main features where as other apps you get them free
Had a problem with app on my Android ... reported the issue, got a prompt response, and now it's back on line ... great app
I like the app but the language used is atrocious. This should not be be a E for Everyone if you continue to allow this.
I'll use a free scanner app vs. Paying 6 bucks a month for a live feed that they pull off someone's scanner. Rip.off

Hey NYC fire wire I just went to go on the app and it said it stopped working
I would like the app but the account set up says rank/ title. Is this app only for first responders , it does not say in the app description

Great Information!
Notifications in the app do not work correctly. I have the app selected to only give me notifications for Brooklyn yet I get notifications throughout the whole city and Long Island. Custom notification sounds do not work at least on my platform. All email to support and admin at New York City firewire get returned as undeliverable. If it were free it might be worth it but don't waste your $6 a month it's not even worth half that.
