unable to magnify photo with auto capture
I removed borders of all photos, cutting off important information with no way of stopping it. No matter what angle I take the picture in, the app automatically cuts them off or makes them blurry when uploaded.
The verification process is ridiculous and counterintuitive. It's had me playing puzzles with grainy tiny pictures. Once the documents are uploaded, I am informed that a confirmation will be sent to my mailing address. Why? Why can't it be sent to my email so that I know right away that my documents were received and are to my electronic application? When I checked the app the following day - none of the uploaded documents were there. Where did they go? Do I need to upload them again? It seems the entire process is made to be extra convoluted so that people would rather go homeless and hungry rather than deal with a flawed system. P.S. why can't you make it possible to upload documents from one's computer right after the application is completed?
options are inaccurate and incomplete, camera functionality is the absolute worst, and there are no prompts telling you what documents are needed even worse, there's no way to contact anyone for assistance
Installed this app as recommended by Access HRA helpdesk bc I couldn't upload PDF docs. Neither does this! So am i suppose to print out my paperless bills and then take a photo? Really? Please update this app to the 21st century. 5/22/2020- printed off everything (wasting paper) in order to take pictures. Now I have to verify the images?!?! Annoying! I'm trying to get through this asap and I have to look at pictures?!? Very difficult on a phone!! I have to get a magnifying glass! Have you actually used this app? Do something different. This is absolutely miserable..
Temperamental App. App does not always work correctly for time sensitive documents and have no way to confirm documents were received. Several times the app refused to send my documents and I had to resend on a different day.
It's good to have this option available both in saving time and minimizing the people congestion that can take place sometimes at hra. Thanks for all your efforts.
I have been trying to download this app for days and it has been impossible. The most frustrating app. There are people without food because of the pandemic and the aplicacion doesn't process without submitting the documents in this horrible app.
App doesnt work. Document uploads repeatedly fail and in the middle goes to a screen that looks like 2 tablets with HRA logo and sits there. Not a big help! The next day it finally woeked.
Simple and convenient was better when photos could be selected and uploaded for what ever reason lately it will only allow photos to be taken not sure if it's intentional or a glitch
I actually find this app a life saver it makes it so convient to be able to make less travel plans to the office which can be a huge waste of time. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THIS APP!!!
theres is a part where you have to see if you are a robot. this is messing up my application. Prossses. i think the people around are doing it. which is making the app look bad. please report this I would like to upload my paperwork. its supposed to be convenient. it's not.
Very useful. Every city needs to move forward with these technologies to expedite a historically painful process.
Very easy and efficient to use for submitting documents. Much better than having to carry around a bunch if paper.
HRA folks: I tried to download this app to my cell for more than 3 hours and i didn't get it...there is another way I can send you this docs or maybe drop off them at any of your branches? Please try to help me with this issue. Thanks
Unable to upload. I keep getting a message saying "we Are currently experiencing technical issues, please try again later" the last time this happened my benefits were canceled and offices were not open due to covid as is the same now.
Hello, (im using my daugthers account) im here for when i upload it, it just wont work. It just says its expired. And it wont send. When i call them, they say "sorry ma'am, i cant see it" this app is probably expired, right?
always easy to use straight to the point . great time saver better and safer than waiting in waiting areas for hours to submit forms.
My daughter did mines for me because I can't see that well. It's took her 5 mins to do everything and she was done. I'm so thankful for these apps. Now my daughter don't have to miss work to take me into the HRA OFFICE and sit for HOURS to give the 5 pieces of paper.
Doesn't work uploading keeps saying technical error try again later and when you email they say call when you call they say use our app and hangs up then you try and try and try and nothing works!!!!! Frustrated
I couldn't look at the photo up close. I just had to send it and hope the words were legible.
Easy to upload documents.
I Thought it would be hard to use but it's not but I do wish that I would upload the documents to the system quicker Then Them saying that you have to Wait 3 to 6 days before you see a document.
Intermittent function. Sometimes I can upload, sometimes I can't,. We'll see if HRA receives my documents...
I'm having an extremely difficult time using this app when I go to upload photos it shows me photos that I'm not trying to upload I moved the documents around an still nothing I have a recertification an I not able to upload these documents still
Quick and easy to upload necessary documents In a hurry. Downside, the identification process, tends to reject the case number. Thankfully it does recognize the ID number on your card. Avoid the hassle, use your cards ID number.
