This app is actually really accurate, much more then other apps like Transit. My only problem is that it doesn't include NICE buses which is specific to Long Island but they run through Queens as well. If they included those bus lines as well this app would be perfect.
Helpful to know whether it's worth to wait for a bus or grab another one near bye. Especially if your traveling & need to be on time to your destination. Highly recommend A++
App seems okay but you cant favorite bus lines. More annoying is that the ads interfere with you seeing the last stop. Make ads smaller !!!!!!!!!!!
Awful! It was so bad at estimating how long it would take the bus to get to the spot. Google did a better job. Also, the bus estimation was dropped when I hit refresh.
app used to be my "go to". Then.....malfunctioned for at least a month. Just reinstalled.....seems to be working. Smooth....when functioning correctly.
Missed a bus for work since it said it still stopped at a bus stop that it doesn't stop at anymore. great app for telling your boss you're late.
Downloaded the app 01/05/2021. It is disappointing that the app no longer has an option to save stops as "favorites" Deleting NYC MTA Bustime app ASAP
it used to work great but now I cant even open it. it crashes every time I try, even after reinstalling it.
FIRST COMPLAIMT 2018: I love this app, but the GPS tracker DOES NOT WORK on the M15-SBS bus line. SECOND COMPLAINT 2019: ONE YEAR LATER, The GPS STILL DOES NOT WORK ON THE M15-SBS.
Just uninstalled because hasnt been working . tried to open and immediately closes again. used to work great, please fix!

lately horrible,it used to be on point,now its terribly off schedule,you don't know when a bus is coming,it doesnt show real yime or updated info,nothing.. esp Bx21 its garbage now! Cant get a bus and worst you don't even know where the bus is or when its arriving.
It was hard to open, to read and to tolerate. I need to know where the bus is, I could never figure that out using this app.

This is the greatest app that I ever got it tells me when my bus is coming.so I don't have to wait and can leave my house.5 minutes before it's on it way.all.thumbs up for this.app 👍👍👍
I have this app it is 95 percent accurate. i have recommended this app to many of my family and friends. Excellent app.

It's okay, it is useable, but still needs so work
On time perfect arrival especially city workers
was pretty good even tho sometimes it didnt show a bus coming or said one was coming but really it already left. 95 percent of the time it was 100 percent accurate. now it doesnt work. you open the app it automatically closes with an error popup and leaves so quick you have to reopen and hope you catch the send feedback option. please fix and email when done. im uninstalling
