This app is awesome, but I'm really concerned about what train is coming. Sometimes if there is a reroute on a train oe bus route, it doesn't say that rerouted train or bus route. Not really accurate
My experience tonight was lousy. I got bad directions from this app. I finally found my way to where I wanted to go, but I had to walk up an escalator with my bad feet because the escalator wasn't working. I made it home, but I'm now in terrible pain. Thank you very much.
This app is a joke. All it does is provide the scheduled arrival time. When it says 0 minutes you would expect to see your transit option in front of you. Nope. You refresh and it gives you the next scheduled arrival time.
I downloaded this app a week ago and it hasn't been accurate the majority of the time it will tell you the train is 1 minute away and no train arrives then it skios and goes to the other schedule time I just want the app to be consistent please and thank you
I have tried other apps and I find this one to be better than the others. This app has more information like service chances, which is extremely important.
I would like to click on a station and be able to see Uptown and downtown trains, since I travel both directions, am and pm.
This is horrible. I can't get my transfer schedule. Only showing partial info. Bus schedule completely off.
not so easy to navigate on a flip phone.
this is a good app it has time scheduling scheduling for its buses and trains and they arrive on time thank you for your consideration.

NYC transit best app. Trip planner and service alerts are great
The trip planner is not as efficent...it fails to include bus route where available for short trips
try to set up s74 line five times n still not able to set up favorite spot.

Train "arrival time" is about 90% accurate. Bus schedule, not much.
I rely on this app due to my job. I travel throughout the city on a daily basis & based on the area that I'm going I use this app which is more accurate than Waz.
