Nykaa - Beauty Shopping App

I am a long term user of this app. Everything is good so far. But I have one suggestion. After a recent update, I can see a voice search floating button added in the app home page. Due to this, while I am scrolling down, it gets touched by mistake and voice search becomes activated. My suggestion is to add this beside the top search box so that this issue would not happen any more.

The app is great and the products are genuine. I feel that return policies are not very easy. I have been facing challenges especially with nail polishes and lipsticks as the color seems to be drastically different. And this reason doesn't approve for returning the product. I would say UI can be improved to show the realistic shade (this is primary for beauty business) or the returns should be smooth.

I received a broken Huda Beauty pallete that I had waited to go on sale and saved up for. I was disappointed to see that Nykka was not willing to get me a replacement and instead offered a refund the first time I contacted customer service. After a lot of back fourth they finally agreed and made me 4 days for this issue. Customer service was slow to reply, did not understand what I'm asking and we're least interested. The item was finally picked up and guess what , it was broken too!!!

The app was good earlier but now i don't understand what is the issue with the delivery agents. They don't even bother to call or try to reach your address and all you get is a notification stating that the delivery wasn't successful. After rescheduling the order thrice and even emailing the customer service department (cause obviously they never recieve your phone call) they sent a text today that the order was getting returned to the warehouse!! like what the heck?

Great place to shop for all Beauty products... I am editing my review for Nykaa.... It is definitely a great place for shopping all Beauty products... I don't know how much this would count... But I would urge NYKAA to reduce their plastic consumption on packaging.... For packing two small bottles there is no need to wrap the products in plastic sheets. It was highly disturbing for me.... One way we want to become sustainable but another way we just can't avoid plastic.

Products are good however the colors displayed for nail polish and lipstick should be more realistic. App is not at all loading. No matter how many times I refresh it. Please work on it else I'm uninstalling it as I can't use it

Perfect app for beauty/ wellness products - with exact description, instructions, reviews. Update: products were delivered with care and in perfect packaging. Thanks for the awesome service! Feedback for improvement: It will be very helpful for working professionals to have the knowledge of the delivery date while adding products in the cart, and not only after placing the order; depending on which we can choose whether to get the products delivered at home or at office.

The website is much better, in app I'm trying to open Account section since last 2 months, whenever I click on account option, the app crashes automatically, I tried reinstalling the app multiple times but it's not working. Someone please help me in this as it's causing a lot of problems using the app.

I love the app, and offers especially, it's really cheap & good quality products, delivery is on time mostly, just a little concerned about how it stops suddenly working, and sometimes have go back n forth to check if it starts working normal :) Thankyou.

Very bad delivery experience. Does not make delivery accurately. I have ordered a package and the delivery has been made to some other person when I enquired for the same they responded abruptly that the complaint should be raised within 5 days and now nothing can be done and I'm not going to get any refund or the delievery. So I lost my money as well as the package. Very bad experience.

Do not order. It's delivery service is most disgusting. I have not received my order and no commitment is given from help number as of when the delivery will be done. My order is prepaid . This is happened second time. Not trustworthy at all. For refund also we have to keep calling and no proper answer is got . I would have given zero star but the option is not there. Hopeless!

Been the most reliable and amazing one because of the authenticity and availability of distinguished products and all those boujee international products. Time and again might have a glitch but that's understood. Not dropping this one.

Very bad products Products are of bad quality Dresses available online are very different in appearance I tried to return a product and it just shows: “Your return (Return No: RET_1332631-*******) for 1.0 item(s) is approved by our team and we have initiated a pickup. We request you to keep it ready in its original packaging/seal with the order number clearly mentioned on the package.” But it has not come to take the product till now. It's been a long time now. 😠😠😡😡

I placed an order on the app and was super happy that it was supposed to be delivered the next day.. However, I get a message stating my order has been damaged and refund is being processed... I didn't ask for refund and a replacement would be the best option since it was an error from Nykaa's end but the customer service representative was unable to assist with my query. This is the second time I'm facing this issue with Nykaa.

Worst experience with the customer service. First they didn't deliver your product for good 4-5 days even when it's showing 'out for delivery' on the app . Then after delivering the wrong product, they are not bothering to accept the return. Such bad experience was something not expected from a renowned platform.

I had odered a product which was entirely different from what was shown in the picture. It was a lipstick and when i swatched a bit on my hand it was completely different. So, I spoke to customer support and tried to file a return for refund. But he said he couldn't file my return coz I've swatched it. Just a 1 second swatch cost me my whole product amount. Highly disappointed with Nykaa. As first they lie to us by showing the wrong thing and want others to lie to them too to recieve their amt.

Worst experience ever , this was the my first time shopping from nykaa but it was the worst one , the delivery is not on the expected date , even after contacting the executives, mails no response and they are not even canceling the order .the delivery is much delayed than the expected date . Very poor quality of service. I would never recommend anyone to shop from nykaa.

The most problem which I've faced today is I've to go out of town in emergency for a long period.So I mailed nyka & also called them to cancel my all orders which have been placed (Products were shipped so I was not able to cancel it through app).They also assured that they informed the courier to cancel them.But again the products were showing out for delivery and courier boy was pressurising me to accept all orders(because I've placed a lots orders together & they shipped seperately).

I'm very disappointed from my experience. Like I have ordered something from the summer sale and was expected to be delivered by 14th . And I waited for almost 10days and now it's been cancelled. It was a gift for for my mother. And I have had the worst experience ever.

Very poor delivery service. I placed an order 3 weeks ago which is still undelivered. No attempt of delivery was made. I got no calls from any delivery agent. I called on the customer care number many times , every time they assure me to deliver the order asap but yet my issue is unresolved. Highly disappointed.

First of all the packaing of all product is awesome. They deliver product very carefully. Product is also good and details of product like how to use & date of expiry is also clearly mentioned. Delivery very fast. But return process is not so good, some charges are taken on returning of product. Otherwise Nykaa app is very good and customer friendly.

Loved it . My experience with this app is always amazing. I just loved the return policy because this happened with me when I order something from here to gift or for my self either they have the product ordered or I get that product as a gift . In this case the return policy is great . I just have to reject the delivery and I will get my refund . Simple ,easy and hassle free.

Worst app and worst support delivery person is not reachable i dont know where is my product. Amazon flipkrat is very much better then this. This is my first time ordering from nykaa and the first experience itself is bad. Chat Support is not responsive not at all helpful. Never gonna make any purchase from nykaa.

One of the worst platform to buy products. No one is bothered whether the customer has been delivered the product or not. No one calls to deliver the product and simply update tht customer is not contactable! There's no way one can reach customer care. It's been happening everytime I place any order. It's totally worthless now. On the top of that one can't cancel their order. If you have logistics issue going on, then solve it. Don't make your customers suffer for the same. Period!!

Cheapest application because when it shows the product, delivery date shows different but after the payment it shows according to it's own comfortably date. And another thing is that it's another cheapest thing is so lazy to deliver the product. Tomorrow I will file a case in consumer court against the cheap behaviour about the delivery against Nykaa.

Worst service I have experienced ever. Before the service was good but now it became horrible and started to cheat customers. Second time I'm having this experience. Going to ditch nyka totally if this kind of negligence keeps continue. Moreover I need your customer service contact number there is no such number given.

Order delivery is delayed a lot. orders never gets delivered on time. When estimated delivery period is shown it is with in 3 to 4 days but the order actually gets delivered late, they always postpone delivery after product is shipped so i can't even cancel my order. They should show actual date of delivery at the time of placing the order.
