Nykaa Fashion – Online Shopping App

Very bad service, they were not able to ship my order even after 7 days of placing it. And every time you try to contact the customer service, they end up giving you irrelevant answers and handing you over a 10% off coupon, which ultimately would be of no use if they aren't able to expedite the shipping process. This was my first and last order, which was ultimately cancelled by me due to delay in delivery. What a bad experience in this fast moving world!!

I think products are super pricey and unaffordable. Moreover there is no option for customer support on the app. How inconvenient! I also had some issues regarding urgent delivery . I even sent a mail. Delayed things further. They made me more anxious than ever. As customers we all depend on online shopping making our lives easier but on the other hand, they're not ready to even help. I also did look up for customer support number from google but was directed to nykaa beauty and they helped me.

Worst service. JUST DONT ORDER!! First they deliver the wrong product then deny any fault at their end and reject return request. They are just fooling customers by taking money and giving them wrong product in return. Never had such terrible experience of shopping online with any other website. Their investigation is totally a waste of time as they are not ready to accept that they are at fault.

Bed product There are a wide range of products on Nyka . But , heaven forbid , if you have to deal with support . It is completely unhelpful and non user friendly . A return for an incorrect item ( completely different from the picture on the website ) was not picked up by the company and now they have cancelled the request . When I talk to support they want me to send snapshots to " access " the product . I have bought stuff worth almost 7k from them and am asking for the return of one product

The help centre is literally useless. My order has been delayed for over a week and there is no estimation about when it might reach me. This is even more annoying since cancellation is not an option with them. In order to return this item, I would have to pay the full price just to initiate the return process. How unnecessary and annoying; Nykaa fashion's quality has surely dropped.

It's been almost a month since I placed an order and they still haven't dispatched it. Customer service won't even mail back and every time I chat with them they say the same things and no real update. The order can't even be cancelled so my money is stuck there. Horrible experience. Shouldn't accept orders if you can't fulfill them. Waste of time and money!

Worst experience. Few months back I ordered one suit set and when I ordered the product I was informed that product will be delivered within a week but despite waiting for more then 24 days product was not delivered. At last I got fed up and I cancelled the product. This site keeps expensive product and at same time keep product which impress but when it comes to srervice it's not good. There chat support is very bad they have defined answer they will tell at every instant.

Very bad experience this is the first time I registered but as a new member i didn't even got the coupon n it has been shown that first time user can apply the code but ultimately it didn't work. So very bad experience I asked everyone before you download and use think properly

Be very careful before adding anything in cart as some products are non- returnable unlike myntra. I have purchased few expensive clothes and checked before hand whether i can return it if i didn't like it. But didn't checked for few as i thought it should be returnable like others but unfortunately even after multiple requests they are not returning the product and i really didn't like the fit of that particular clothing. I have no option but to keep 4000/- worth of suit which has bad fitting.

Please donot order anything from this app. Worst app. Worst customer service. I requested an exchange for my order. They picked the product from me but never delivered the exchange item. And also they are not giving my money back. I emailed them several times. Its been more than 20 days now. Still haven't received any refund or product.

The worst experience I had with this, firstly their products are of very cheap quality, secondly their refund process is very slow, still pending with me, thirdly they deliver products very very late,, and fourthly they send wrong products and return process is so irritated that u have to message them again n again to continue with pick up thing.. And they have no customer service at call.

Had a terrible experience with the support system in the very first order. So I have spent on a product that doesn't fit and the refund was not initiated even though I made the request within the stipulated time. The browsing experience is good but that's about it. More of an issue with nykaa the organisation than the app but even the app does not provide any notifications in case of return requests being rejected and does not provide any reason. So you are left wondering why you chose nykaa.

I've always had a late delivery issue with the Nykaa fashions. Inspite of ordering the items a month prior, we still wouldn't get them on time. Never order anything from them if it's for an important event/ function. You'll never get them on time. Nykaa really needs to sort this issue and the worst part is that until the product is delivered, they is no way you can reach out to the customer service for help. Not acceptable.

Completely different product recieved and raised return request and it got rejected. After that tried reaching the support and they said they will help, but nothing heard back from them, a very worst experience with nyka. Have not faced this kind of service till now with any other eCommerce. Even some of them which are not as popular as nyka also provide a good service. LoL!

I didn't like the product and tried to return it via the app. The product did not come with product tags and pickup executive didn't collect it. Since 13-Apr, I've called supprt numerous times and sent mails too. So far they have not resolved my issue. The customer service is extremely poor compared to other apps like Amazon or Myntra. I'll never shop here again. A word of advice to people shopping at Nykaa. If you do, never indulge in a return process. It never works. You just lose your money.

It's overall a good app with good brand but the only concern I have is that I cannot view my my complete wishlist. I either have to delete some wishlist products to see some more and still not the whole list. If this glitch then you should definitely look into this.

I am really impressed with the application because I received my refund within two hours of my order being picked up for return! A smooth, hassle free shopping experience.

First time ordered a product from nyka fashion, haven't received the product and it is already showing that the product has been delivered. It is a prepaid order where I received a OTP to show it to delivery agent but I haven't even received the product. I'm not sure without OTP how can the product be delivered. Worst experience

Extremely bad experience. Don't order anything from this app. The return request is auto cancelled after picking up the item. Also, they updated the feedback from 1 --> 10 automatically

Giving one start because there's no option of zero star. First time ordered stuff from nykaa. Since last 5 days they haven't shipped my order and not even getting proper answer from them (Getting random answers like order will be shipped in 24 hours). First and last order from nykaa. I will never order anything from this app. Very poor service and poor response. Waste of money!

It's been more than 20 days that I placed my order. There is no information regarding the order status and everytime, I get to hear that "we are trying, there is a delay from the brand", bla bla....but no one helped in the issue. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE APP AND IT'S CUSTOMER CARE.

Never ever buying from Nykaa again. The worst experience ever had with online shopping. They send a product whose color is much lighter than the image in their app. While returning, the company is not picking up saying mismatched item. Trying to reach the help centre but of no use. If you cant deliver what you promise and can't have a proper customer support then why did you venture into clothing sales. This is spoiling the reputation that Nykaa has for cometics.

Such a worst experience for returning the product. I raised the return request on the very next day after delivery. It's been before 20 days but still no one came and picked the item. Courier person called n said " mam due to some issues we couldn't pickup your order but we'll come tomorrow" i said ok. Very next day i received texting the message as "out for pick up" but later they are marking it as customer not available. This is the first time I ordered from nykaa I had horrible experience in

Pathetic experience. I ordered clothes for my son's birthday from nykaa. I ordered much in advance so that there are no last minute goof ups but trust nykaa to screw up any situation. First they delivered a wrong size. Then they did not ship a replacement even after 7 days. Net-net they screwed up the whole experience. They couldn't deliver the right product even after 20 days of ordering. Ultimately I had to cancel the order and move on to a more reliable etailer.

The app experience is great. Collection is wonderful but the fabric of the products are not up to the mark (except luxe section) in comparison to the price charged. I shop both in myntra and Nykaa I find product quality of myntra is far better and cost effective then nykaa.

Worst shopping app!!! They took order with advanced payment but after that they even don't bother to tell anything. Placed order almost 20 days ago but still there is no update about my order. Seems I won't get that !!!! When trying to contact team they are just saying SORRY!!!! Don't use this app at all.
