Communicate with our doctors from your mobile phone, tablet, or computer-and address your health faster.
* Urgent Care: For non-life threatening cases, access NYP OnDemand Urgent Care to see one of our Emergency Medicine Physicians through a live video chat. Adult urgent care services are available in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight, every day of the week. Pediatric services for children birth to 18 years old, are available in New York from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM midnight, every day of the week. $99 per visit.
* Virtual Doctors Visit: Meet with your doctor conveniently, without traveling to their office - using a live video chat instead. You can use this service during your doctor's regular business hours. This visit will either cost the same as an in-person appointment or will be included in the cost of your visits with your physician.
* Second Opinion: Get a personalized written perspective on your symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment plan from the expert physicians at NewYork-Presbyterian, wherever you are and whenever you need it. At this time, we do not offer NYP Second Opinion to patients who live in Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, North Dakota, and Wyoming. $800 per case.

WAYFINDING:
We now offer detailed, turn by turn instructions within Weill Cornell Medical Center, right from the NYP App. Use the Wayfinding feature to navigate within the hospital, including Clinical Departments, Amenities, and Patient Services. This feature is available from basement to 11th floor. We will continue to expand this coverage.
*Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
WALGREENS PHARMACY PRESCRIPTION REFILL AND TRANSFER:
We now offer to quickly refills of prescriptions originally filled at one of the 8,200+ Walgreen pharmacies and transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies to Walgreens.

find all of the information from a current hospitalization going all the way back to records from the last several years. If you want to you can Integrate it with other hospitals who use the Epic Systems as well, such any other Presbyterian hospitals as well as NYU Langone and the Mount Sinai network. I've been using it for a few years now and I couldn't imagine going back. I get my test results before my doctors do. It isn't just a convenience, I'd consider essential to my life at this point.
App is completely non-functional. Tried to create an account to pay a bill and no matter how many times I input the verification captcha, or made sure to follow all the password rules, or double check my account number, or manually input my email because some sites won't detect it if you input it using auto complete... It kept telling me there was a verification error and to check the fields. Literally nothing was wrong and it deletes half your information each attempt. Gave up.
I'm trying to register on this app, it keeps asking for me to update the app I keep hitting update but it does absolutely nothing ... Help!
This app was good at first, but it started acting up recently. Out of nowhere it would say the connection has been disrupted, but my connection is fine. If it would've been the connection there would've been an exclamation point next to it, but that symbol wasn't there during those times. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled and it's still doing that. At this point I believe that the app is doing that. Like how come it decides now to do that now after the many times I've used it.
This app works great 👍. I now have all my information and appointments in one place. Very easy reminders and appointment follow ups
Loving this app. I can get all of my appointments, test results, procedures, ect. in 1 place. Even better all of my doctors between Weill Cornell & Brooklyn Methodist can look up any infomation needed to better care for my health.
The app itself is a great reminder, but the check in makes no sense because when you get to the appointment you still have to check in, after you did it online.
This app update is completely horrible, not user friendly at all. I had to call because I couldn't login, the Connect person told me I didn't have an account even though I have been and NYP patient for a little over a year. Now that my NYP Connect account is activated I cannot login into my patient portal, my password isn't recognized and I changed it 3 times. There was nothing wrong with the app before, this app update doesn't work and it isn't easier to use, it's just frustrating. EPIC fail.
I appreciate the ease and ability to update my insurance cards, request refills, and request appointments with specialists & my pcp through the app.
Awful in every way. Almost unusable, what few features there are barely work, and the colour scheme is migraine-inducing. Did a five-year-old put this together? It's worse than useless. There is no excuse for this, especially in light of what this organization charges for care. One star is too generous. Wish it could be in the negative. It's clear they pay no attention to feedback and do not care about actually providing a working, useful app solution. Typical. Healthcare in America!
I love it, I'm so happy that most of my doctors see each other notes regardless of which hospital they are affiliated with.
app is unusable on my device (pixel 3 xl). I'm unable to close the navigation tips screen to get to the actual app because its too high on the screen and keeps opening the task bar. PLEASE fix

Download this app and somehow it got my Gmail and I never sign up up or gave this app no kind of permission for it nor any information! keeps sending me emaills and it says put my information into verify who I am to stop receive the emails! so I'm going to block it that's the only thing I can think of because that particular Gmail that it keeps sitting information to has been hacked and that's not good. This app needs to be shut down I see a lot of 1 Stars! smh #DoNotDownloadThis!!!
It's been great from the start but started to act up & had a hard time getting through & I tried calling & reset it to get back but it wasn't working well, so I had to cancel it and start all over again!
Unable to disable "Enable Screen Shots." Once you exit the app, the option automatically re-enables. Update: v4.08.0 not able to login; app crashes after authenticating.
While waiting for my video appointment, internet was disconnected. Once reconnected, could not connect to the appointment again as it closed and was removed from my appointments section. Now waiting for the angry call from the Dr. on why I missed the appointment when I didn't.
Needs improvement. I installed this app to pay my bill however the UI needs much much work before it can be called an app:: what this is - is a link the the website which pretty much defeats the purpose of being called an "app" and should be considered a "mobile link"..
I tried to use NYP APP to locate neurosurgeons.I opened up the app,registered and started to look for neurosurgeons just to be redirected to the home page.4 times of this nonsense and gave up.NYP APP IS USELESS.Find your way to whatever NYP Facility you need.Their phone system is EQUALLY USELESS.God help you.
I'm a very active care patient, yet records stop at 2018? Also, those that do exist from 2018 and prior are incomplete or blank? "My Chart" works better. Will uninstall this app.
Couldn't create account to access medical records. Message said i was a child and couldn't create an account, but my birthdate was correct and very senior.
This app used to work fine for me but now I cannot connect with a doctor via video visit. I don't understand what's going on. I used to use it in the past with no problem but this is the second time this happens to me.

Was not able to schedule an appointment with my existing provider. No matter what button I pressed, it just told me to call the office. The app was razor sharp at telling me I owed a balance, and collecting it though. thanks a bunch.
