Pretty useless at this point, most of the "functionality" is just links to different webpages. You can't place bets within the app, you can't watch races, the Uber section just opens the Uber app. It's really just a fancy set of bookmarks. Not sure if that's all it's meant to be, but it's a bit disappointing. There's a map feature which could be useful I guess?
