If we could pay EZ-Pass straight in the app, instead of being pushed to a browser, I would 5-star. Other than that, the app seems to work well ...but I'll admit that I don’t use it much, so I don't really test it a lot.
Trying to find the payny tolls app that is stated on the bill I received but God there's so many fake scammer apps and not a way to see what it's going to look like so now I will have to mail it in which takes more time and when are they going to keep the promise that interstate 90 in NY was going to be a toll free interstate ?
Have been unable to install since upgrade to Android 12 on Google Pixel 5. Install keeps failing. It worked fine prior to that.
App is useful for a lot of things, but it does not allow you to signup for EZ Pass notifications from within App. Adding that feature would earn 5 stars. Cheers
Wish the NYS Thruway Authority App was as comprehensive as the authority's website. App needs to provide easier access to the weather forecasts for the various thruway sections (Interstate 90, 87, 95).
Finally fixed and now works on Pixel 6 Pro running Android 12!
This isn't an Android APK. It's a shortcut to the NYS Thruway website. Why bother. Maybe hire some actual Android coders who could create a usable actionable APK into the E-Z Pass System. ZERO STARS.
After phone did update was deleted by its self. can down load but will not install gives me error on install..
Garbage app that does NOT WORK !!! And NYS has the balls to fine me because their bills don't make it on time and the God damn app doesn't work

this app gets one star because it is an app but why cant you just see if the thurway is closed or road hazards I felt bad that this app took up space on my phone for 45 seconds
Garbage. Corrupted the phone and will not uninstall.
well considering that in the disclaimer they want you to agree the information maybe inaccurate and they make no guarantee i really dont see the point of the app.
ok, but would be MUCH better if there was direct access to EZ Pass accounts.
Link to EZ Pass account just goes to EZ Pass website which doesn't have a mobile format. Poor.
Bill payment in app just opens the slow nonfunctioning bill processing on their website.
Doesn't work! Keeps telling me I'm not on the thruway when I'm sitting in the rest area.

It's not working correctly. Before I was able to put in just the license plate n save then directs me if there is any tickets and I'm not able to view anything. Also now it's telling me on my new iPad that it isn't compatible to my device etc.. why??
