Absolutely horrible. It will not accept any password I put in. Keeps telling to use a minimum 6 characters and case sensitive with an upper case lower case and symbol. I've tried many different passwords min 6 to 12 characters. I keep getting the same message. And I don't understand why.
It's always been easy to use and convenient for me. It notifies me when I have a bill or meter reading due and allows me to pay or enter it right on the app. I would definitely recommend using the NYSEG app.
If you are thinking about getting this app, I'd say go for it! Everything you need is in one place and you get to lessen the impact on deforestation! You're able to access all your information, due date, amount, and past bills. You're also able to input your meter readings which I'd highly recommend given the volatile price for natural gas, estimated pricing can screw up your budget. But remember, it takes about 3 days for the money to come out of your account.
Not too bad of an app. Pretty good and easy to use. I like the fingerprint sign in way easier.
Can't even create and account. Says invalid email address. Even though it's the exact email NYSEG has on file.
Update...The outage map doesn't initially display the outer fringes of the service area. You cannot drag or squeeze to show those regions. However, you can search 🔍 for your location and it expands the map's coverage. Kinda awkward...
App works well. I wish I had the option to pay a different amount. You can only pay the total due. It is very good with black out information.
Great app! Fast, easy to use, and has all the info and options I need. I haven't had to access my account through a browser for over a year since using this app.

So happy you guys changed the layout. I'm not being redirected to the regular site to pay my bill by CC. I can just pay right on the App. Very convenient.
This app makes it easy to keep track of current and history of bills, easy to pay online, easy to see outages, easy to submit meter readings, and easy to keep track of my home and my vacation home in one place.
I prefer using this over the website. It's easier to maneuver and can pay a bill in just a few taps.
This apps password requirement is horrible I can't get a single password to work. Keeps saying I don't have enough characters/ or symbols......
This works great as long as I'm at a place that has electric/internet Wi-Fi. If it weren't for our generator during power outage I'd never be able to use this app in my area. Otherwise it's great.
This is app has been good since I found it during a pwer outage. I would highly recommend it to whom ever is a customer of NYSEG

Easiest and quickest way to pay the nyseg bill.
Terrible app. At first it was a convenient way to pay my utility bill, but now it won't even let me log on. It has prompted me to make sure my ID and password are correct everytime I try to log in. It has been correct every time. Their help menu is only for alerting them of a power outage, and when I tried to reach out to them via email through the app I never received a response. Do t waste your time.
The app is great. Love how easy it is to use, and making payments could not be better.
the amount due according to the home screen is not always accurate, the app lags a lot, and though I'm signed up for bill alerts I did not get one

This app is absolutely horrible. I created a user and password. Everything went fine until after the fact. I tried to hop on to pay my bill but it wont log me in and saying my credentials aren't correct when they are. Thinking it might have been my password, i changed it numorous times and still got the same message. I try to log in on my laptop and it works perfectly fine. Needless to say, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! ITS JUNK!
Its a good app. Very easy to use. Have had issues with using in the past but they have seemed to iron those problems out

Wonderful app. You can see if you have any outages in your area as well as report outages of electric. Pay your bill...this app remembers how you paid it so you do not have to keep entering the info every time. You can sign up for outage alerts via text on your phone. There is a map to show you where the outages are at in New York State and how long until it is fixed. I love this app. You can sing up for the budget plan and more easily pay your bill via your checking account . Thank you.
