Can't login, can't register simply doesn't work. EDIT: seems to have been an issue with auto filling email, seems like there is a bug that makes the field being accepted only on clicking enter/editing the field. Not a big issue, but horrible for usability
Hard to use app. No info available on zones, ticket durations etc. When buying a ticket. App options are hard to navigate, most just link to webpages. Ironically the "Nysse mobile guide" just gives a "404" webpage. (Edit) Thanks Harri for the reply, imho a well designed app in this day and age shouldn't really need a guide to start with. My rating stands, no hard feelings.
Can't reset password (email never came) and if I try to set up a new account, it won't let me add my card to pay. So, it's unusable and can't purchase tickets at all. Previously worked just fine.
There is no Finnish banking option, a must-have in every Finnish website. Then, many foreigner cards are not supported, like Revolut. This is not the case for apps like HSL (Helsinki app). Maybe you guys can take a look at the HSL app to improve yours. Android native UI would be better. If you want to nail it, consider adding support for charging money in the Nysse card, instead of leaving the app for the nella.fi website. Once you address these points I will be very happy to update my review.
The favourites function is mess, simple bus stop list of favorites would fulfill most needs. The route planning works, but UI is messy.
1. Why does the Nysse site state one price for the 90 mins mobiili lippu and the app ask more than double? 2. Can't you get some proper payment provider? In this day and age you expect me to enter credit card details? Really? ... given the buggy amateur design of this app, I can imagine how safe my credit card details would be with you...
Well there is a lot of usability work left for this one. Adding a card is hit accidentally many times when trying to use a card to buy a ticket. Routing doesn't remember your last search. Routing has no ability to buy a ticket.
The app no longer remembers my payment method ever since you added the new payment method mobilli in it. I have to select it every time which is annoying as it worked well before...
Although I could register my VISA card as payment method, strong authentication arborts without notice and purchasing of tickets is not possible. Also ticket selection seems buggy.
I am completely unable to use this app since every time i try to add a payment card the app freezes and the connection fails. Needs fixing urgently
Worked fine with my Nordea card. Has scope to improve, but, overall good experience so far.
It is not possible to add payment method (card). I tried many ways. So there is no use of this app 😕
Added my credit card and it lost the info. Couldn't buy a ticket.

The finnish app does not remember the payment method - can't buy tickets.
It is buggy. I just can't approve that I'm student. So right now I'm loosing my money because of your faulty application.

The app just doesn't start. I'm using Galaxy S5 running Android 6.0.1. I get a blue screen, then white and then I get returned to my previous screen. Edit: 2021-11-14. I installed the app again and it's working great. I set up the payment, got a ticket and now I'm waiting for the bus. Thanks for the fix and the quick response!
