The wait list feature does not work. By the time I see an earlier appt is available, it is too late. The appt was taken by someone else. I have reported it but it continues to happen.

The app is good. However, some of the physicians are not! The last 28 months traveling over 440 miles for each appt to NYU during this on going pandemic & essentially find my condition back to square one is disappointing but then informs by portal message that her future appts will NOT be taking patients over age 50 after returning from maternity leave. Then to find that this message was remove from my returned message portal! No longer do I consider NYU Langone a premier healthcare provider.

Terribly slow! A waste of time to try to fill in any information on this app. It takes 5+ minutes to wait for the landing page. It is easier and quicker to fill in a form with pen and paper than to use this. Sometimes the app just freezes and crashes. I can't believe hospitals put up such inefficient apps when they could do much better for their patients.

It is impossible to find the information you need in that app. It has many many buttons to click and yet it is insanely difficult to find what you need. I initially saw a very detailed note from my Dr. with names of potential recommendations for new doctors. Then when I went back... could not find it. Clicked nearly every button there, could not find the information. Epic fail

Excellent description of doctors when finding a new doctor. Easy to cancel & schedule a new appointment. Grateful to be able to read test reports firsthand & view images of ultrasounds, X-rays & other imagery tests. I also like that I can pay my bill so conveniently. Really enjoy using this app, I find what I need very easily.

The layout is easy to navigate & like that I can make, change or cancel an appointment. I am happy to see my test results & MRI, X-ray images. Enjoy the fact of sending my doctor a message to ask a question, or discuss a procedure. Easy to refill prescriptions & ask for new script. I find this app very useful & use it all the time.

It is impossible to upload anything on this app since the update. When I try to upload my covid test documents, it tells me "give app permission to access storage and camera". This app already has permission to access my camera and storage yet I'm unable to still upload my documents. It's very frustrating.

This app specifically states patients can check their test results, but only test results for the first page out of six pages are available, there is no option to view another page. Another useless app claiming it is helpful, yet it is anything but useful or helpful. 18 days after my physician has viewed final labs, 3 calls to tech for help, 4 emails and still nothing.

In my case, the app is an extraordinary means of visually exploring the once unviewable recesses of my inner body. Actually seeing the marvels of my anatomy and physiology has changed my perception of physical reality. We are surely either the design of a higher power or the most improbable, result of a millions of serendipitous, accidental miracles. Add to that courses in organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacology, radiology, and I still have not fully described the usefulness of this app.

It's good. Its basic and simple, which I like. Easy to access info and such. I do have a constant issue of the app not signing in. The same error as others, but tends to work after a few times now after closing reopening the app. Not a big deal.

I can see all my tests, results, and appointments, etc. It is great!!!

The app takes the hassle and the mess of organizing medical info, appointments and prescriptions and puts it all together in an amazing streamlined experience. As a person with a chronic illness I feel so much more in charge of my health being able to communicate and collaborate easily with my amazing medical team through this app and the web portal. For those hesitant to sign up fearing one more useless app stuck on their phone I say give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

I'm unable to schedule an appointment. Specifically in radiology. Once I select the appointment slot, it goes to a white screen and nothing happens. The only option is to close out the screen and that takes me back to the screen where I search for a clinic. I literally wanted the app so I can make the radiology appointment.

3 stars because its always saying' Log In Error Trouble communicating with server 'Almost everytime I try to log in. I have been using this app for years now and its always showing this statement. And although you guys have updated the app it continues to happen. I literally have to sign in numerous times .Sometimes I log in and this statement appears and then when I go out of the app and reopen the app .I am signed in and can see my information without logging back in.This is unacceptable!

Got a message on MyChart to schedule an imaging exam using the app. No explanation what it's actually for. Try to download the app and no matter what I do it gets stuck at 78%. Tried different WiFi, no WiFi, nothing worked. A pretty stupid system if you ask me.

Looks good. Yet in Email feature please include facility to save whatever is input in Drafts. I almost finished my typing and had to step away; once returned I was logged out of app, which is good. However, when logged back in, everything typed was lost!

Although I read other negatives, I gave the app a try, as the Langone site states i could schedule an mri this way. It would be more convenient to see availability by location, than to have a rep look while on a phone call. I downloaded the app, and all i got was put into circles. I am tech savy also. I tried it all different ways. It did not work on an android tablet, or windows. I am able to schedule an appt with the past doctor that I saw, but why in different Langone spots does it sta

Been using this app for a while. No problems really. For maybe a week now I cannot log in through the app AT ALL. I've had to use a web browser on my phone to access mychart and there dosen't seem to be a help button for the app that I can use

would like to see a sign up option to get me started i had to call to sign up cause i couldn't do anything with the app or a good idea would be by using the laserband barcode with a verify secuirty question i also wanna see pay for tv service for patient staying for many of those who has problems with server problem and can't log back in just close the task app and reopen it this is another issue that should be fixed and also would like to see pop up notification from the app regards any new msg

Very impressed with an app, working really good and it is so convenient, as an introvert i hate calling to make appointments and now I can do it in two clicks and I can also check results of my tests, app works smoothly!

For video appointments, this app will not work with bluetooth headphones. On some tablets you will get an error about not being able to connect to the internet. Rebooting may work. You're honestly better off buying an iPad for video appointments as the iOS app works much better.

Every single time I launch the app or the website it does not let me sign in. I have had to reset my password every single time. When I go sign into it again it won't do it. I set it up on the phone to match my fingerprint, that brings me to the sign in screen which won't let me sign in.

Before recent update this app worked and was great. Now can't even sign on. Has happened 6 or more times. Then tells you to call a number if having trouble which ONLY flashes on screen for two seconds so you can't wrote the number down so you can't contact anyone to get help. What idiot designed this new app? I And once you somehow get in ( a miracle), you cannot download or print your own test results. They say it is to protect my privacy! What? It is my results from MY tests! Guess for privacy reasons they don't want patients to sign in either! I also tried to copy and paste another doctor's email to.my primary Dr in a message to him and got error that the app does not recognize the foreign language. Ummm it was in English. It was used to be consumer friendly before now it is aggressively anti user friendly. It challenges you to even log in. What idiot designed this app?

Horrible. Will not download. I can't get any information, and if it's Sat., and you are trying to download the result of your brain scan, it's a waste of time and creates unnecessary anxiety.

Love it. Am happy with staff and drs, lab and in short BEST.

App was great until it stopped working a few weeks ago. "Login error : there was a problem communicating with server. Try again later" I can't login 99‰ of the time. I see others have the same problem. Please fix it.

It's okay when you get a new phone it start to be a problem someone

Constant changing & sharing to load new versions are troublesome as one doesn't know who they are dealing with. When sending your MD a message there are not enough options for which to choose to send ones request. Needs better instructions.
