A Pro that LOVES this App! I love this App! It is a must have if you are a pro crew member. There are so many things to lobe about this app: Learning about new products, trying them on virtually, the tutorials and looks, and of course the QR Code to get 30% off in stores. All I have to do is show my phone and viola! 30%! This is a great way to learn about new products and trends. It is so easy to use. I haven't had a single issue. I just hope they continue to update and add more looks.
Since yesterday evening I cannot shop or access my account online or through the app. It keeps saying that my connection is bad and to try again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app and still says the same thing. Help would be really appreciated.
It won't let me sign up for the makeup Pro account it won't go through after I put all my information in and I don't think it's uploading my license or my photo ID also the only way I can get online is through your Facebook page it says I have no internet connection if I use the app when I do have an internet connection you guys need to get it together
Love y'all's products TO DEATH but you really gotta get it together on the tech side. Completely unable to log into my old account from the app so I had to make a new one which means I lost any reward points I had.
App will not let me complete check out. Not the first time I've attempted it. Tried several months ago, same problem. Will just stick with the website.

Come on! No product ingredients listed. The images are SO bad, no place for questions. Oh, they show you looks and then claim to show you the products used but they literally only show you two products that they supposedly used. The AP IS USELESS. I'm pissed that I now have to waste time and delete it and write this to save someone else the time. IT'S SO BAD, IT LOOKS FAKE. Waste of my time and an insult to me as a consumer! The app works great and provides easy access of purchasing their products. I personally would like to see more user-submitted photos with the products I'm viewing at that moment. For example, if I'm looking at the Liquid Lingerie Lipstick in Honeymoon, it would nice if a user-submitted photo with that product showed up. The website somewhat does that function, but I'd prefer if the app regularly did it.
I LOVE the favorites feature! App works great so far, hasn't crashed, and is easy to navigate.
It isn't letting me link my accounts which is very frustrating! I love Nyx and the app but I want to link my accounts 😭

It's a good app for shopping and browsing people's looks for inspiration, but I gave it 3 stars out of 5 because they never upload new tutorial videos and every time I try uploading a photo, the app keeps telling me it's "being reviewed" over and over but never gets uploaded onto the homepage. It's happened two times. Fix those two issues and perhaps I'll give it more stars.
