Keeps asking me to sign out everytime I try and use the redirection option. Plus there are other features like delete past delivered items from my list. App on Samsung Note 9. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and it's worse. So uninstalled the app all together.
There is a lag when i turn the app off. My phone freezing. I have to force close background apps in order to get the phone running properly. Dev team please fix this bug. Thanks
Good app. Maybe in app to have a setting to notify when 'on board with Courier' & 'delivered'. I think that would be very helpful for those of us who are excitingly waiting for our courier parcels 👍😁💯
Update Sept 2019: still doing the same thing. No wonder the rating is so low. ---------- Has been saying "latest information unavailable" for the last 2 weeks. Seems many others are having rhe same problem. Ffs nz post. No wonder people are moving to other providers. Just one of many issues you're having.
not working. stops and reads can't update try later. try later and same message for a month. either nz post is having trouble with there site, or no one is checking there app for problems.
This app is so old and basically useless now.... Cant do any of the redirection etc... Keeps asking to be logged in despite being logged up... Pointless.... just fix it and upgrade it.
Can't add delivery instructions or redirect my parcel. Says i have to sign out and in again due to a recent update, but that doesnt work. It continues to ask me to sign out and in again.
A recent update has made this app almost unusable. it prompts me to sign in to redirect a parcel when im already signed in. So, I select the only option to sign out and then re-sign in only to ve prompted agin to sign out. its an endless loop. I sent app feedback but its still happening, even after I uninstalled and installed the app again.
