To make it write to the ext SD Card use as output path DestDir as /storage/6536-3334/Android/data/com.greatlittleapps.nzbm/files where you have to replace 6536-3334 whatever name your SD card is identified by the Android OS. Between the Google restrictions and the lack of support regarding this issue, this is the best I could come up with. I like the app, the support could be better. Cannot figure how to buy to get rid of ads, no email response from the author.
It works, but the ads are annoying because there is no way to get rid of them. Also the settings button does nothing, maybe that is where you can purchase the ad free version
Keeps crashing on LG G4. Would be great if it worked properly on G4. I'll need to keep looking
App hasn't been updated in a long time and no longer function properly!
No SD card support, need this.
Computer download speeds on mobile. Great app, have had no problems
Tried a bunch of these, this is the best.
Crashes all the time.
The application doesn't seem to let me download files directly to the microSD card. Lollipop is supposed to allow this sort of thing if the application takes advantage of it. I realise such a change is an enhancement rather than a bug fix, but it would make a huge difference to the overall usability of the app.
These nzb files were used on another nzb app and PC, all worked 100%. This program failed every single one. I'd rather the dev concentrated on making the app work properly before adding features like post processing. For now I can't use it at all.
Very odd interface, but eventually got it figured out. It downloads faster than other clients I've tried and actually unpacks the files. Only problem is I can't figure out how to shutdown the program without it crashing. Nothing happens if I goto to Settings > shutdown. Then if I swipe down the notification and select "turn off", the program crashes, but at least it's now shutdown...
It's the exact same version that I've used on my Popcorn media player so no disadvantages there. Great stuff! Only problem is the unrar function. In Settings, the UnrarCmd reads "/data/data/com.greatlittleapps.nzbm/files/unrar" but that folder doesn't exist anywhere on my Android media player. Can't remember having set this parameter on my Popcorn. Any help?
Once I had this thing setup, never needed to even open it, associated itself to nzb files, opens when and just downloads in the background at full speed, and allows to close the app from the drawer. great job dev
Aborted several time before got settings completed, which I found overly complicated. Not comprehensive. Did not work like desired even then. Deleted the darn thing.
Probably one of the weirdest looking apps ever. Crashed twice while configuring. What the heck do all the buttons mean? I was able to download nzbs though and it worked first time.
Works great but closes down too many times within two minutes. Running stock galaxy edge s6 lollipop
Constant crashing drives you crazy
Malfunctioning Abandonware, no way to update.
Crashes every now and then.
Cannot give 5 star as app confusing w/o small tutorial that NZB Leech has. Finally figured it out but a Newbie would better to use NZB Leech. For experienced user absolutely 6 Stars if possible. But do not get rid of Leech. Found an NZB it could not handle that this app could and vice versa
Just what I was looking for, can swap from my Atom based Kodi box to an even lower power Android box. Thanks
Great app when it's not crashing which is like every 2 minutes. Samsung note p605
I just wanted a simple nzb download app, put in all my log in details and set the connections to 50 as per my usenet sub. Amazed that the app can download at full speed (152mbit) and extracts really quickly too! Much better than powernzb and nzb leech. Just needs the clunky ui updating and it'll be perfect!
No option to close program in app. The stop button in taskbar doesn't work.
Love the interface, feels like my desktop app for NZB's, just needs a stable shutdown switch and it'll be perfect
Having used various Linux versions of nzbget, this app felt very natural to me. I did a download and the app unrar-ed it for me, which is much appreciated. I'm very happy with this app.
Working good now...but could use speed improvement. Linux version gives full speed, but nice not having to run PC. Seems I get full line speed on nzbget server for Linux on my Usenet provider but I get half that on this Android version. My tablet has proven it can use my full line speed but why not on this? Still a good effort 3 stars with room for improvement if the developer has a solution for me. I would love to pull full speed, especially on multi gigabyte files.
Works fine on my Oreo devices, with a few glitches. Sometimes it will randomly skip a file or two, not sure why. And the FAB is always jumping all over the place. Finally the starting service notice will stick until you switch to another app and come back. Other than that it works fine. Make sure you set it to ignore battery optimizations. One more thing please add an IAP or option to kill the ads.
