This is a very clumsy app, authentication issues, where after setting a PIN, I need to set a PIN every login, my password also would not work, even after changing it. I would be inclined to switch to provider with a better app.
Trying to set up the app, says it sends an email to complete. Have tried to set up 3 times and still not receiving the email to finish set up.
Easy to use application with a great user interface. The app has plenty of features and I can do what I need to do to check my balance. Thanks
Everything else is working fine except the account balance page... Which showed up as blank page. What's the point of using this app if it doesn't show up the balance?
Can't register, takes ages for t&c box to come up but can't even tick it and there are no t&c to read lol not sure I want my kiwisaver through something like this... Not much confidence in the app or the service
Down loaded the apt but could not register as that button was grayed out. I then entered my email and requested a new password. No response whatever.
Super easy to use with regular returns and balance update
Can't even logged in. Tried to reset password, still can't do anything about it
Just got the upgrade and now it doesn't recognise my passkey. Stunning.
