Very difficult to unsubscribe from this digital version as the customer support person couldn't help me and gave me the email address for the canadian support! Also would be nice to be able to purchase a single edition and not have to subscribe for a month which then also automatically resubscribes you every month thereafter!
I find this an excellent way to read the paper each morning. As I turn my tablet on and tap the digital edition and the paper's their to read. For me that's Excellent.
No problems except entering competitions. We get herald and bop times but log in for times only gives me herald competition. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
Works well but could be improved by being able to print pages and/or articles e.g. Crosswords etc.
Very good app, excepting doesn't always auto load, mostly does, but can't count on it.
A great way to read your local newspaper first thing in the morning no matter where you are. Quick and easy to download.
App is great but only being able to access it on 3 devices without signing out of one to access another is frustrating

Didn't download paper one day properly was all glitchy and couldn't re download

Easy to use
Clear type and pictures. The type can be zoomed to suit making it easily read with even the oldest of eyes, Great to have the downloaded newpaper each morning and once downloaded it can be read offline. Most websites in the paper can be accessed with just a click. eturn to the E-editionr is just as easy.

The new process to get the online version is terrible.
Several times my daily newspaper edition has not appeared on the morning of issue. Other times some pages are not visible and I have been advised to uninstall and reinstall the app which takes tone and is difficult for me (in my 70s). Also the automatic delivery option doesn't always work so i have to wait for slow download on my slow rural broadband connection. Otherwise I like it. No more stacks of papers for recycling and I can read local news while travelling.
