O Bee Mobile Banking

I don't understand how my account keeps getting overdrawn, when I always check my balance on the app before I use my debit card to make sure I have more than enough to cover what I'm buying. So, I'm starting to think maybe the app isn't too accurate or something. I dunno, it's really frustrating though. 😠

This is a poorly designed and basic banking app. If you have to briefly check something on another app you have to start the login process all over again. No 5 minute grace period it just immediately logs you out and the only setting it has is for fingerprint recognition. Can't look at or download statements. Disappointed

I have a car loan through Obee credit Union. It is entirely too complicated to pay my monthly payment each month with another bank card. You'r app needs to be simplified. Streamline the payment process and make people want to be part of Oeei credit Union. It should be something like, click on the loan submit payment...

Easy to transfer money from checking to saving, to even my loan i have with them. Very easy to see my previous purchaces and they even have an option to use your finger print to open the app which i find very convenient

New security feature makes me choose between Facebook messenger and obee. Sorry, communicating with my wife/family/friends is far more important than seeing my current balance. Security and UX need to be balanced or people will walk away from the application. Learn to whitelist, and when you give the toast say for certain what application. My work also has rights on my phone. It's not like you're chase and I actually have the capability to pay from the account.

Joanna Garrett @ Oly OBEE advised me that it is practice to send letters to paperless clients regarding imparative payment issues, and that Accounting and online Banking do not communicate was given as the reason why there was no email/App notification. This person or this neglegent practice needs corrected. Thank you for your time and consoderation.

horrible app when enrolling they send you a email code. there's no way to change screens on your mobile device without resetting the enrollment process.

So what do you do if you go to sign into your OB mobile app on your phone and it says that they had detected something that is capable of intercepting my touchscreen activity and for me to close green and overlay application but disable the future what is the future I don't even know how to figure out what's stopping me from signing into my account

as soon as I open the app keeps closing and have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it other than that it works fine when it does load

great app but they're slow on the update so I can't use it for I don't know how long and I use mobile deposit often

Completely unresponsive sign in section, so I literally can't even use it.

I can't login to pay my truck payment because it doesn't recognize my username doesn't allow me to setup a password there's no help to show me how to do that.

App keeps crashing. Password shows but encrypts username.

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BREAK THE LAW AND LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON. TRYING TO CALL IS HELL, NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Not reliable! Save yourself the stress and don't rely on ANY of the information. My balance amount, transactions, withdraw amounts and deposits have all been wrong at one point or another and now I'm really paying the price.

It says my balance is one thing then the next day I'm negative. Not accurate. Just good for mobile deposits

Clean, simple interface. Works well. Only wish it would let me do mobile deposit.

Pretty basic. Nothing more than an ATM without the cash. Can't see pending transactions.

Idk how many time is has changed my balance. Not accurate at all.
