O2 Mobile Banking

9 times out of 10 asks to write "For Mobile Deposit Only" - doesn't matter if you write it once, twice, in caps, or check the box. So incredibly frustrating that it wouldn't submit to a human for further review. Now that I can't deposit these checks online but it has this written on it will a teller take it? The app will never exit by using the back button - always needs to go home and then get killed. No defaults are saved (I only have one account - guess which account I'm going to want to deposit / look at?!) I like the basic layout - but this app screams poor design choices and poor testing that continues to not be fixed month after month after month.

**edit. Working great now! Was working great. They are using a new system to verify check pictures for mobile deposit and, despite it saying "success" when I take the picture, it says cannot read check when I go to deposit. I have a very nice phone camera so this is not a hardware issue. Please fix this.

ive tried downloading and re-downloading this app it says that I have no accounts found... ?? went to the bank and they talked to the people that should be able to fix and they said give it a few days...... 1 year later its still like that. obviously theres a problem with the app.

Pretty good for the most part. Beats the time spent at the ATM Depositing my check. App will not exit on my phone when u hit the back button. Very minor complaint though that's why I deducted a star. Yes I'm picky...

Used to work great, now all it does when I try to open it is say "forbidden" and close itself. I've tried reinstalling but it didnt work. I'll rate better if it works again.

It works, usually. It often takes so long to load the accounts I forget the amounts I needed to input/move.

I try to deposit checks and do what I'm supposed to by signing and writing "for mobile deposit only" however, it continues to say that I need to write that. Even though it's clearly on there..

Terrible App.It stopped working and I removed it then tried to reload it.Now the app won't re load.

You can't even log in on this app let alone check your account balance definitely needs work on this app

I Like It...But Its Behind Alot. You Would Have 50.00 In Balance...But It Will Show 300.00. Kinda Confuses You. Fix That. Does It Alot. Like Right This Second...

It was a very nice app expecially for the convenience of mobile depositing since I'm very far from the bank but for no reason it says I need to be connected to the internet to use it and it's been doing this for months so I have to use someone else's phone in the mean time to log in to do it but even then now theirs isn't working so I use one of my old phones to do it. Who knows when that will suddenly fail. I've tweaked and cleared settings and data on so many levels to try to get it to work but nothing gets it to work. I've even tried factory reseting my phone which didn't work either.

It keeps telling me I need to endorse my check for mobile deposit only, but I have so I don't know what to do.

Please fix the mobile deposit camera...I hate that it takes the photo automatically. It never focuses correctly on the back of my checks.

Anybody else having problems logging in with this app? Ive been trying for 3 weeks. It keeps saying no internet connection. Im about to just switch banks. FRUSTRATING.

Can't see my acount, app literally telling me i have no account. This app is not offering any assistance. Needs maintenance.

It's broken. Says there's no internet connection, and both my wifi and mobile data are fine.

The new mobile deposit stinks compared to the old version. It takes the image before it has a chance to focus, forcing you to retake the image, sometimes several times.

I need to reset my password now, not next week - why so slow!? And it would be nice to have bill payment history on the app just like full blown website has. Fail

Ive had to go into the bank personally 3 times due to "invalid password" ive changed my password & even written it down yet i still have this problem. Switching banks now

I've been using this app for a while now but now it won't let me log in. I've gone into the bank and had my password reset but it only worked one time and now says it's "Invalid" again. Not a good app, not worth the time and frustration.

I deposited a payroll check over 24 hrs ago, and even though I got an email stating my deposit was accepted, it doesn't show it available or even pending. With Chase and Fifth Third, my deposit is available within an hr or so. I called customer service, and they said it could take up to 48 hrs to show up...ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So much for the convenience of electronic banking.

Okay this one looks like its working. I can see my account and transactions. I have not deposit to it yet. Still needs a choice to see the check image. Like the online banking site.

You can now change your password if it has been reset or expired! The P2P option now also allows you to choose your payees from your phone's contact list. Very nice!
