O3 — A Smart Wallet Built for the Smart Economy

I was happy with the O3 wallet because of the ability to make trades on the Switcheo exchange, but for a few months now I have been unable to connect the wallet to the exchange. If I open the Switcheo dApp on O3 and try to connect wallet, all I get is "Searching for Wallet" - for hours. I've seen other people bring up this issue but not once have I seen a response from the developer about it. I am now stuck with a bunch of tokens that can't be traded on any other exchange I use.

i bumped my review up to 4stars for the great customer service. They were fast and took my complaint seriusly. The issue is that the app doesn't load completely which leaves me unable to claim or sync my GAS or ONG. They said they were working on this and worked with me to try to get it fixed. Still an issue but now I know it's just a loading error.

When i type my password the full thing is visible at the top of my keyboard (suggested words). it seems most banking apps and wallets bring up a different keyboard. this seems dangerous as something just needs to record your sceen internally or externally all your information is exposed to anyone looking. the private key and password. not safe. Aphelion Wallet seems better for your keyboard (hides my password) but you have to type your entire key.

I gave it a one star before switching it to a four star as i am now able to claim and send my ong and ont. They have a very good customer service so they helped clear up everything for me. Though i would like a notice in the app that says you need to bring some ong to start syncing your ong, to help out the more casual crypto investor like me.

Keeps asking for a PIN which it won't accept, I've emailed support and haven't gotten an answer, also my other hasn't been filled, I feel like this app is a scam for them to steal your money, the app has multiple login issues, combined with crashing save yourself the trouble and download something else!!! I'll do another review if O3 support ever fixes my problems! WHAT A RIP

cant access the application. It crashed suddenly after i logged in. The json file I have can be used to open my wallet. So, the ability to access my wallat has gone with this version of the app. Even there is new O3 app launched already (the green icon) but useless to access my wallet.

No customer service as of late and my ONG rewards go to ZERO when I try to sync and claim. Haven't tried to send coins because of no confidence. These issues need to be addressed!

Keeps crashing and can't access wallet. No update and has been like this for a long while. Will change review when fixed. Thanks.

Issues claiming gas(works sometimes)/depositing from wallet to trading account(never worked for me) Edit in response: I used the support which took me to zendesk (ticket 2475) In much earlier versions you used to be able to manually choose/change node - this often helped with claiming issue. Now unable send Gas

O3 is a great app when you want to store NEO and Ontology crypto coins. It's also easy to access all the dApps on there.

After developers indications the error has been solved. So again, it's the best NEO wallet on Android (and other cryptocurrencies and with a few more features, but I use it to store NEO and GAS)

My ONT is suddenly missing! Though Neo are still there. I emailed your support, but no response yet. Pricing is also not updated on time and always error.

i love it. i wish i could see ong moving tho. as for now i have to close and open wallet to see the difference in the ong gains. but its still the best wallet ive found for neo and ontology.

Terrible wallet, do not use. Funds frozen, no withdrawals/unstaking, nonresponsive team. Seems completely broken/abandoned or some kind of scam.

Very difficult to install on my mobie android despite no warning! Wasted a lot of time attempting to load my details and passwords.Iirritating!

I can't log in to my existing wallet. Once I tap Enter wallet, the screen goes darker but nothing happens.

the app cannot restore existing wallet... always hang at the restore wallet screen ... the developers should fix this immediately.

Pathetic service password is correct but still not open. Now O3 wallet not open what I can do. I have lost all my money. Why you guys not mentioned this the one time password. So we can write down anywhere.

Very cool design wallet but there is little problem with claming ong it was working but now i am not.

please help me i have just install your app and import some ONT and NEO I'm sure what to chose for password but when i want to log in again it says incorrect Password and i cand log in please help me

i can not log back in because i can only choose numbers for password. even if i change the keyboard i cant put letters in.

Can't buy neo with sdusd app freezes just garbage now I have 200 plus stuck on this garbage platform!!!

All my nep5 tokens and ont, ong are gone from the wallet, only neo and gas are shown. No response from support after contacted them 2 days ago

Security seems fine but I cannot claim my Ong of which I have now built up a healthy amount. Help desk isn't responding which isn't very inspiring. May have to forfeit the ong and move my ont elswhere

Ont is still using Neo blockchain right? what if someday it stands on Ont own chain? is there automatic coin swap?

Ont gas wont sync when i push button. Keeps hanging.
