After you sign in I've never been able to view a document the download process just goes on and on and on and on and I just don't have that kind of time

Smooth clean experience. App navigated from page to page rapidly and got it right. It worked well in tandem with the THHS app. I'd recommend.

App is overly complicated and non-user friendly. Apparently, a simple reply to an encryption user requires a cryptology degree. This app is trash.

i would not i tried over and over again i really need these documents and cant get it dont like it at all i hope they fix this real soon i lost money over this. please fix. thanks

I believe this has been replaced with the direct web app. I assume it is still on the store for folks who have not upgraded their message security to the new version.

Cannot read. Once opened it is all blurry. Cannot even see it. The extra sign in is just a hassle and a waste of time

Confusing and unintuitive. Wasting time trying to open an attachment . sends me all over the place for password verification and then can't find the attachment to open. wanted to use it on my computer but could only use it on my cell. Finally get something to open and it is only disclaimer messages . Never could open the actual attachment.

Worked out for me when I received an encrypted email from my life insurance company, I downloaded the app and was able to read my message pronto. Device I'm using it on is a Samsung Galaxy J7.

Terrible product. will not work properly. Can't believe M.S. hasn't fixed this product

The worst app, if I could give it a negative star I would.

This pile of garbage is exactly what Microsoft spits out these days!

I can't rotate the screen to be able to read the tiny print without constant sliding of my screen.

Frustrating. Rather than opening the message once the app was installed, it just kept looping back to same screen. I appreciate the effort of security but it could be a smoother process.

Used to work now it doesn't and no one responds to email about it.

Horrible. Ameris uses this as online banking for messages they should do better!

I really need this app to work, but after deleting it and reloading it 4 times, following the directions offered, I am having no luck in using it. Any suggestions?

Had to get this view an email and after jumping through all the hoops, still can't open the email three tries later! Frustrating at best.

Horrible, in order to open my document, it only allow me to use an old device which I don't even have anymore, and it doesn't allow me to change a current device. What a waste of time!!!

Why on earth has Microsoft invented yet another “standard” that no-one is waiting for? We already HAVE encrypted emails using S/MIME or PGP. M$, stop inventing things just because you don't understand the ones that are already available!

Piece of manure....Seriously, this app was forced upon me in order to simply view an email...2 HOURS later, still can't open email. And no Customer Support, naturally. This app is utilized by US government, NEED I say more??

HARD TO GET INTO! WHY MUST IT BE SUCH A PAIN? MICROSOFT USED TO BE THE NUMBER ONE NAME IN COMPUTERS SOFTWARE AND COMPUTERS What HAPPENED? EVERYTHING FROM MICROSOFT SHOULD BE FREE SINCE THE PUBLIC IS THE TESTERS FOR EVERYTHING NOW.

Overall it works well but still needs some fine tuning in the admin department.
