Life saver I was feeling really unstable after missing the best support group I have ever been in( not free) when I down loaded this and went for a morning walk. By the time I got home, I was lifted up, by relating with the first speaker in so many ways. I put a heart by the message, so I could find it easy to listen again. If your out of control with your food consumption, I highly recommend this app.
Value the access to these shares. But no way to track those viewed or pickup where I left off. Would love more filters like gender and 100 lb'er

Audio quality could be better, but most of the speakers are really good.

Great app for the compulsive overeater. Two changes I wish they would make, have some way of marking which speakers you've already listened to. And secondly some of the speakers end abruptly perhaps those could be marked in some way or removed from the app. Thank you to whoever designed this it has saved my life on any given day.
