I am tired of this application, whenever I want to open the application, the application says to me the application keeps closing. I made an update and I installed the application again, but still no benefit.
im trying to re install the app because my benificiary list disappeared

Haha open account from application joke of century. Application says check your internet connection everytime
Generally think that app needs an improvement especially nowadays when almost everything is done electronically. App is slow, it fails frequently, or disconnects from internet!
Very bad app that's crashes all the time on android and not very responsive plus it needs alot of work and redesigning and make it smother and change the whole UI
Waste of time trying to open bank account with this App. This app won't recognize face in the selfie part of registration. It is better to have human approval instead of relaying fully on the AI to match the photo in documents to face in selfie.
Very worst App ever...No finger Prints, Unable to Login. Also the International Fund Transfer charges is more, exchanges rates are very high..Don't use this App guys
تطبيق معقد وغير عملي. مضيعة للوقت. حتى موظفي البنك ما قدروا يفعّلوه. Not a smooth app. unuser friendly. tried to activate but not responsive. Gave up, wasted too much time

Worst app. I cannot register. After filling in my information I don't get the OTP and I'm doing so for past one week.
After the recent update the App stopped working. it was fine until 19 of February 2019. please fix it
Excellent app. Much superior to BM app. Even international transfers are not an issue.
Worst App, nothing is working parfect, can not log in, you need to revert to the previous App prior to the upgrading.
Very worst app I'm using so many bank app but this app omg I'm suggesting don't use this app if u forget log out u never login again just one msg u login already n there is no any option to logout.

the app is not opening after the recent update on 20th February '19... it was working fine until then...
After the last update... Many icons are not working like you can't view the balance... Please check it out

Im keep on trying to register or recovering password but not happen and calling call center and no answer , simply bad service and thinking to change to another bank
This bank App is worrying, it hangs while doing transfer.. transfer takes place and no notifications receive

Very bad service this bank last month my friend want to start account' but one month takes time one account open' every time they tell something. "you know in my country just half one hour need one account opening
I'm trying to register, with 6 digit basic account number. But getting message as 'customer cif not found'.
The application is very slow . It takes more than one hour to transfer money in my own account!!! Hana M Ameen
Not sending otp and otp time is only 30 sec. Worst application
The app needs an improvement, it always keep crashing, not friendly interface. I suggest to hire better developers.
