Oaks Smart Lock

Deleted the app because I started getting hourly security alerts on my phone. Also in the 2 days following the start of the security alert, I was notified by Fitbit and Microsoft that someone had tried changing my account credentials. The timing is suspicious. I have never had anything like this before. Deleted that app and now will only use the touchpad and key pad. Unfortunate as I am missing out on many of the reasons I chose Oak.

Moved the gateway & now can't log back into my account. Tried resetting password, received a code in my email, reset my password & then went to log in again & it says it either my email or password are incorrect. I just used both. Now I can't use any of the features. I would recommend looking for a different service.

The app requires signing up for an account online, but I use locally with bluetooth only. No internet. Was working, got a new phone. Now I can't log in or reset password so no longer able to use bluetooth or update codes. Using Pixel 4a 5g, Android 11 might be the issue.

Works on Android 10 now - well done! Would be great if the lock sensed me being close and automatically unlocked. Then if not close to the lock, automatically locked. But does the most important thing on android 10, so many thanks.

Installation of the lock wad very simple The app I had some issue setting up the bridge which sshould come with tje lock and of course had to purchase mmore FOBS. Once every thing was in place it has been a great asset for security remote,keypad and FOBS work great. Unfortinatley Amazon is not carrying this anymore but i will be buying more online

The locks themselves work great but the authentication via text message function doesn't work. Text messages aren't sent and verification can't happen.

When I close the app, it won't actually close and I have to do a force stop, it's been that way for 3 different phones, it's annoying. Fix this and I would up my rating

Have had this lock for almost 2 years, it is now acting crazy. Locked me in the house, can only lock and unlock from phone most of the time. Hope we get it figured out

Have had this lock with extra fobs some installation issues but the best lock ever made entry maintenance of who entered and the time... but now I'm looking for another one and can't find one? By

Works fine on my phone but destroyed battery life on my watch. Uninstalled from my watch and battery usage went back to normal. Too bad because using on a watch would be preferred.

I'm really tired of seeing "Operation failed" or "Request Failed". Like can you guys fix these crappy bug issues.

it's easy to install. however , you need to follow the manual step by step. works perfectly with my door. just need to keep using it to see how long it's going to last me

Awful app that keeps running in the background and I have to force stop it every time.

This app does not have an Icon that works on my phone, I have to access it thru the play store EVERY TIME

Will not pair with lock. All other features rendered useless. Garbage.

ok. but widget works about 100 times then needs to be reinstalled. really annoying

had blietooth issues then updated and the app wont even open anymore.

Just installed the lock. So far I'm very happy with it. Easy setup.

I have unlock pins set fine, but how can I set a pin to lock afterwards?
