When scrolling through transactions and you get to the bottom of the list, you see the words "more transactions" but when you click on it nothing happens. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying. Now app wont weven ooen on phone. Worst app ever!
Features with in this app are what you would expect except for when doing remote deposit, after you take a picture of the front and back of the check it does not give you a preview to confirm you successfully took the pictures.
Recently its started logging me out and i go to log back in and it wont take it so i have to reset my password, sometimes multiple times. Good app, when it works, just doesnt work.
Having trouble logging in. It takes forever and then times out right when I'm done putting in my password.
my phone cleared everything and I still dont know why

Mobile deposit was my favorite thing when I had Bank of Urbana but, not any more. They were bought out by the Oak Star bank, and now you have to go to the bank with checks if you need the money in a timely fashion... very sad!!! I wish I had my old bank back!!! Now I may have to shop around for a new one..
So this app has gotten way worse. I go to sign in and my fingerprint doesn't work. Then I reset my password online. First of all it gives an error instead of confirming the password reset. Then I go back to the app and manually enter the password again and it takes me to reset it again. I bother to reset and sign in again. It then tells me the secure sessions has ended. Are these people serious? Are they even trying with the online management? It's a nightmare compared to a real bank. Don't bother.
Has worked without issue for years... until now. Just upgraded our 3 devices to Android 11 and all 3 devices can no longer take a photo of the Front/back of the checks for Mobile Deposit. The camera shows up, you center the check and snap the pic like normal. But it does not place the capture into the Front/back area as it usually does. Instead it stays blank. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks!
