I really like the design and functions of the app, it is a great idea of what it could have been. Unfortunately it is plagued with problems that nobody seems to care to fix. -The map never loads -The information on the arrival time at the bus stops also takes a lot of time to load (if it actually loads) Improvements must be made immediately. It is unacceptable that the application for the public transportation system of Athens doesn't work properly. Shame on you

Disappointing app. * Doesn't include the metro or tram. * Map feature doesn't work. * Bus stops don't show the direction, for example there are 2 stops called "Pl. Filikis Etairias" but you can only know which one you need by the stop number (e.g. 380100), but you don't know that until you've visited the stop! * Many bus routes (eg. 217) are only labelled in 1 direction, even if they are making the return journey! * Not clear whether times shown are realttime or scheduled (realtime works though)

Useless. Not user friendly, no option to choosw destination and star point by pickimg on a map. Address search is vey bad. I can't believe Google maps is better that this piece of software. Whoever they paid to write this app, didn't care at all about the passengers/users.

after the last update,it freezes all the time. this is frustrating, considering that people are in a rush to catch busses, especially in the mornings. unfortunately there is no other app,and not all stops have boards that announce arrivals. fix it please.

I appreciate having it and I use it quite a lot. Although the app itself is probably not bad, the information to which it connects is often ridiculously inaccurate to the point you feel like smashing your phone. NOT RELIABLE¡¡¡ Few times made me go to the station and wait more than half an hour because of wildly inaccurate/outdated timetables. DOES ANYONE CONSTANTLY UPDATE ALL THAT INFORMATION?? DOES ANYONE CARE? Why are you making more people stop using buses? Also: SYNCHRONIZE WITH THE GPS!!!

So NOT user friendly! No real times whatsoever. You need to select a very specific start and finish, no option to include nearby stops (since trolleys buse metro do have different stops even if theyre 10 seconds away from each other).. please improve, people really need a working app

On rush hours it doesn't even load. Maps don't load, you just see the stop points. This application should be fast. You should check it right away. Sometimes it's better to wait for the bus than checking what time it will arrive. Your server must be a potato. Upgrade or think of something different.

The app freezes most of the time. No map feature included so you can choose any stop you want. First you have to choose a bus and then a stop on that bus's route. There's a lot of improvements that need to be made.

Very nice app, comes in very handy but please fix the maps because they wont load!! I travel through Athens a lot and this app has helped me SOOOOOOO MUCH but now that the maps are not loading and I can't see where the bus or the stops are, it's straight up useless!!

The problem is that the app is worsening with each update. Takes forever to load the maps, the schedules etc. Overall, it's ok, however those few last months are getting tiresome.

Your app is horrible. when you plan a trip and are counting on public transportation to get you there and the app you depend on doesn't update it's current status forcing you to miss out on appointments you've made. You should be embarrased. Really, why even bother with this.

It used to work fine, but now it's total trash. OASA being cheap probably implemented limitations on the app hits per IP to ensure that they don't have to pay that much for the Google Maps. This has rendered the app useless. Once again the public sector has proven that it is incapable of maintening a basic app.

Update: Keeps requiring app data update. Update crashes. Thus unable to view bus ETAs. --- Timetables not precise. Lags. Terrible UI/UX. Abosultely ZERO reasons for this app to require Media permissions such as access to photos!!

When it does work it is a pretty good app but that is every 5th (at least) attempt every time because most of the time it's simply a never-ending loading icon. You might say connection or server issue and even if that were the case it's not a valid excuse. It's this government's official source for the public transportation

Very basic functionality, many times even buggy. You better not rely too much on the bus schedules shown, stay patient to load some times and... where are the google maps anyway? Really hope to improve.

Don't even bother with this app! As some of the buses, namely the 122 Ellinikon to Saronida service, never come when they're supposed to, this is hopeless. Add to that the fact that it screwed up my smart card and wiped all my photos because it must have bugs! Had to uninstall immediately! I used to use this app other years but now just sit and hope my bus will actually come! Other than the occurrence of a miracle, even that is a guessing game these days...

Schedules constantly changing but the app is not updating and when it is schedules are not kept by the rudest possible drivers. It has cost me time, money and many missed appointments. Just one of the worst services.

It frequently gets stuck in the loading screen, and you cannot view anything. When this occurs, the same happens with the telematics web-site.

It is getting worse with every update. It is way slower thsn it used to be, at times I cant even connect to the servers at all, the daily timetable doesnt work without interner anymore. Please fix it!

when changing between bus lines, the app behaves as if it loses connection to the internet. Only solution i found is disable and re enable the internet connection. Edit: bug is fixed for me
