Was working fine and doing as it should but then froze and now won't even load. Have uninstalled, cleared cache, turned off phone and reinstalled multiple times and still will not load when I try to log in. Able to still do anything through website. If it gets resolved I will change my rating up from 2 stars. Due to lack of communication have dropped it down to 1 star. Will stick with using oasis via web browser even though app when working is better.
Why can't one Login and enjoy the chats without being frustrated by the App switching automatically back to the Login page. It was also a mission to upload my picture and also complete my profile as the it keep logout its self and you also struggling to login again. Can someone please attend to this matter. Other than that, I find the app very useful as you can see who viewed, liked and interested in you without any subscription whereas on some apps you need to buy credits to see who viewed you
Too many intrusive ads that interupt looking through pictures Won't let me log in through the app, after repeated attempts. I've had to open it in my web browser to actually access the site. Increasingly difficult and frustrating
Not bad, but no notifications for messages etc. Takes for forever just to go into gallery, then a while long to select an album, then longer again to open album. Please fix these problems. Otherwise a pretty good app.
Iam rating the app, and not the people or what happens on it. The app is smooth, excellent menus, and choices , great profile with loads of information to write and share about yourself. Plenty of people to browse weather it be nearby or world wide. Excellent.
Absolute rubbish, full of scammers and bots. Most of the profiles are old and inactive. If you don't like someone, you still appear on their side, so you will keep getting like notifications from them.
When using the oasis app it causes the google play store to open and various apps to pop up. Its hard to close and closing oasis is the only solution. Mainly happens when viewing profile pics.
I downloaded this app and tried signing up many times but it did not work out. It keeps terminating cant use the app ,if you can really fix this then its all good but for now this app is a big trash and bug because cant sign up successfully to use the service. if theres a rating lower than 0 star i would given it out
nothing workings have the time the contacts don't load. And when they do half are miss or no chat history. I never get push notifications so can't see if I have messages or not. emailed support no response.
Its not the best, they trick you about how far away a person is, plus they repeat profiles to make it look like there are more people on there, plus most annoyingly when you swipe your phone open the app open automatically, very annoying, not a great app
THE APP HAS BUGS, the email confirmation dies NOT work Preselection system allow you to send texts but received 2 in one month bit failed to reply Not good , few answer so really what is the point. Like waiting for the 1932 that was the date not the time !!lol
Very out of date. Very intrusive ad's. Broken search, gives limited matches but using on desktop using same search gives hundreds. Can't zoom in on photos.
Good that it shows how long since people last logged in but it contains lots of profiles from people who haven't logged in for months. not many women in my area. I hate that it removes blank lines in the profile. It makes them hard to read. This is why I have downrated it.
An absolutely terrible app!! The girls on this app don't bother replying or try to play multiple guys in one go and some I just absolutely rude when you say hello, its just simply a terrible place to go for a relationship i would not recommend this to anyone....
Keeps opening up google play and taking to random apps constantly. Have to log off and on and close windows all the time. Fix it or remove the unsolicited spamming!
This app no longer shows new matches properly or generates notifications. Also keeps showing 1 under messages without showing any changes when I go to the list.
I love Oasis, but I hate your new site called Helium Don't understand why if something isn't broken why you're trying to fix it. And would be so much easier and better if the profile we have on Oasis was rendered to Helium. Also the format was the same on your new site as with Oasis. For example we can contact anyone in the world not just in Australia. Nah hate this Oasis is so much better
Worked fine for first two days, now the app won't open, will change once fixed! Just won't log in, keeps sending me back to the open page!
Easy to see and select matches, good alerts to potential matches whilst in the app, good information on profiles. However, it's not easy to go back to the initial screen with the main menu at the left side, chat messages are often repeated/resent many times, no notifications of new messages if not actively in the app. I also can't find where to delete my account, as the verification via email didn't work.
