Horrible interface. Drop-down menu contains radio buttons. Need to enter card pin and expiry date multiple times. Registration process is irritating. Security questions are convoluted. Password requirements are obnoxious. Password cannot be bigger than 8 characters.
Horrible, time consuming and inefficient. I have to either register or answer questions most of the times I open the app. Even the security questions and/or registration process is extremely tedious. It defeats the whole purpose of having a mobile application for banking. I would rather open the net banking than this app because that is relatively less time consuming and less complicated
The best part of the app is that we can invest in mutual funds effortlessly. It also contains suggestion for parking money for short as well as long term... Idle money lying in our saving account can be parked there to earn higher returns. You don't need to install any other app for this... Good job guys... 👍
You have made it so difficult that a genuine senior citizen cannot use it at all. It's not at all user friendly. Aged people cannot remember so many facts, have poor response. Are you testing your abilities or making it useful for customers. Camera are there, telephone is there, but no' you insist one moves out , what if one cannot do neither.
You have given option to redeem reward points but when I tried to redeem my points by clicking the option in app, one blank screen opens which remains unresposive and many different times I tried but it is not working. So kindly remove the bugs from your app or provide the solution.
Nice app. Adding features regularly and improving the quality of the app. Cons : Every time after any transaction, updating balance it takes a lil bit times, which have to improve. Have to improve the smoothness of the app.
I have tried multiple times to login through this app, even before the merger and after it via pnb one app. Every time it shows that "due to security reasons, you are not allowed to login. Please contact your obc branch." When i did contact my obc branch in ajmer, they said the problem is with my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled both obc-mpay and pnb one apps, but the result is same. I can access netbanking using browser, but the interface is not user friendly. Kindly tell me how to access..
I have never seen this type of bad application it doesn't respond properly. When I entered all the details for registration first it showed that card no didn't match, after that it showed that DOB is not matching though I have filled the details correctly , I am very much disappointed with this app.
Application is worst performing. After installing the app on mobile phone under pnb one when opened up for details after giving all details it prompts to fill customer id.since i had acct in pnb also customer ids were merged in pnb. Now the obc m passbook prompts to fill 8 digit customer id ro start with 'O' But there is no provision of putting capital 'O' in the numerical format of key pad. Even branch offices has been unable to solve the problem. I am unable to use the application and perform
My over all experience is good but I have two account and in both account my mobile number is feed but in app I only operate one account for banking . Second account cannot show in the app ...it is difficult to operate both account through online services ...kindly make a provision in app that two or more account should be show and working....I think my suggestion should be added and new updates will be given in app in interest of the users and save the time of the user.
I have tried multiple times. But I dont know why I am not getting the page to enter the customer ID and password. Whenever I open the app, it gives me an option to verify mobile number and then otp verification. After that it always takes me to new user registration page and when I fill all the details, it shows you are already registered. I have tried so many times and I'm fed up now. Help me what to do.
Recently changed mobile no. in records of bank. App showing zero balance. Not showing any other transaction with error msg- mobile no.changed in records. On reinstalling and entering updated no. it shows me new user registration page asks me to register using debit card details and then shows me- u are already mobile banking customer and stays on new registration page. Contacting branch is headache as they don't provide good customer service and give monosyllabic answers.
Why do i have to enter customer id and password Everytime ? then there's no difference between an app and net banking, it should be a one time process and then login everytime just with password or fingerprint unlock like all other banking apps. this slows down the process and unwillingness to use the app.
I have found one thing in this app is that When we are updating our smartphone through software update. After the updation when we are opening the application again then it is showing the error ' The device is not registered'. After updation everytime i am facing this issue. And to run the app again i had to uninstall the app and again reinstall the app again. And follow the steps again that I followed first time during the signuptgia is very annoying . Please fix this
I'm not sure how to describe the app. One of a kind. To transfer the funds you have to add all the benificiaries again to the mobile application. Why is this app not integrated with the internet banking. It's not very convenient to add all the benificiaries.
I was using this app for quite a long time, it was doing fine but now it is showing error. It's showing ss_pinning error message everytime I tried to enter Id password then I uninstalled app tried to register mobile number but again showing same message.
You guys need to improve a lot in terms of user experience .. the user use cases are not at all intuitive..remembering randomly generated user id is such a bad UI.. please provide a good mobile banking experience like Kotak or Axis.. Please improve the LOGIN NAVIGATION EXPERIENCE. INCASE A USER FORGETS MPIN THERE IS NOT A SINGLE POINTING TOWARDS THE RESET LINK.. WORST EXPERIENCE.
although the app is good but not the best one, cause in this app there is not so many option. like no option for jio mobile recharge, Airtel d2h recharge and a very slow UPI and takes too much time to load which is frustrating.
The application is very poor. Does not work properly. Very bad User interface. Task that usually takes 2 minutes can take forever using the app. Must improve.
This App has lot of problems. First it open mobile verification page and then new user registration. When I filled all details it is showing that I am already registered for mobile banking. But this useless App does not show registered user login page. When I clicked help link does not work. I am using Apps of other banks also but this is completely useless.
I could not use this app even once despite more than 50 attempts after giving full and all app permissions in last one week. Every time it gives message "failed". USELESS, Good for nothing!!
Third class app...Asked for password all the time. Sometimes it doesn't work. If you reset the password and and try to log in again, it shows error.
Really used to like the app but I am unable to login for past 5 days even after updating. Even after several attempts it shows session timed out. Update - Issue resolved now and the app is now wroking just fine.
This app has made my life hell for last few months, being a current account customer of obc bank , I hv to carry out lots of transactions, so have saved over 200-300 beneficiaries and now there names doesn't appear in alphabetical order, so have to search all the names to make each transaction. Since the merger it's getting worst, also you have to wait for 2 hours now after adding the beneficiary which wasn't the case earlier for imps transactions
everytime asks for user id ? why ? user id should be automatically fed you only need to enter the pin like in other banking apps. Also for blocking a lost debit card it asks for exp date of the card,isn't it a foolish question , if the card is lost how can i remember the exp date.the procedure to block a card should be easy and fast to avoid any misuse. also when we enter the password the keyboard ia able to read the text and gives suggestions which is vry dangerous, does not happen in othr banks
The app is quiet big and it is unable to rembr the credentials of the customer. The app is not user friendly and customer support is weak. And it doesn't load the details always The passbook in the ap is not atall good And the many options are useless
After trying so many times i failed to register. I have 5 nos of other banking app and out of these, this is the worst banking app i ever seen. I am surprised to see the quality of the app. Bery slow to excite, not user friendly, very confusing and irritating application. In a year of 4,i installed 3 times and the problem is the same. Disgusting!!
