I would like to pair the device with my phone but pairing does not complete because of some error related to pin code. It does not ask for the code, though. The app itself gets connection but often the connection is also broken between the plug and the app, it's not stable or always finding the device. I would like to update the firmware so that Bluetooth pairing would get fixed.
Absolute garbage. Doesn't do anything when connected and after 10 seconds d's it disconnects. Also check out the first screenshot. Apparently this dudes car is doing 60 at 5800rpm and 117°c xD obviously faked results so even the damn makers can't get the thing to work!
Connects to phone for few seconds, when adapter is plugged it, and then connection is lost. Same thing for several phones (Android and iOS) and vehicles. Worthless. Good that I got my money back...
Does not work 90% if the time. Recently the app has completely stopped working and just crashes continuously.
It did work, but after while of use it crashes. Re-Install app and now it won't connect, useless!
Complete and utter rubbish?! It says it will fit any car over 2002 but won't fit a 2009 vectra c unless I remove the centre console and part of the dashboard, lol I don't think so Tried it in a 2003 Astra all seemed ok so thought I'd thought I'd test it by removing the EGR plug, did a scan and all it said was Engine ill health so didn't actually tell me what the fault was, do I need to carry on. Don't waste your time or money. Sending back for a refund..
Bluetooth connects, but no data displayed. Bluetooth disconnects after 20 or 30 seconds then requires close / open of app to connect again no data displayed then disconnects again. Pointless...
Not worth the money. Connected once, now won't connect at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times, to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Worked at start, but always with a lot of bugs. Now it does not even work. Crashes same moment you start it.
Since this new update the app does not work properly any more. App doesn't give me speed revs temp etc, but does work when checking car errors and codes.
I have had no problem connecting or staying connected... But it doesn't record a single thing not even my speed! Every time I try a car diagnostic, it just says test error... I am fuming! Waste of time and money!!! 😠😠
What's happened to this app, it used to work now exits out immediately. I need to clear a fault code which was the reason I bought this app with the dongle. Looks like this problem started with the update in April. Please fix it
Worked well out of the box, just clicked on the bluetooth device in phone settings, then opened the app, and enjoyed it. App name was mentioned in the OBD device instructions.
Worked well for a week, now it initially connects but loses connection when ever you try and scan for fault codes.
App is worthless. Icon shows linked to vehicle, but no data at all is shown in the app.
doesn't work anymore. paid 20 or 30€ for the adapter and it only works for this app. stealing money from ppl. still not working

App crashes, has obd logo and then crashes. Using samsung note 9 with all latest updates etc.
Never worked in terms of diagnostics. Now, despite uninstall and reinstall, crashes immediately.

Fails to load for more than 3 seconds then crashes absolutely useless.
Same as everyone else, crashingnas it opens, just when I need it too as light came on car last night!!
Not sure why but iPhone 6 version has access to more sensors than Android samsung A52 App and dongle firmware upto date
Connects to the adapter, but no data. Disappointed.
Brilliant with the right hardware!. I see a number of people complaining about the hardware not staying connected to the device, however according to the manual, the app itself will make all necessary connections with the obd reader. While the app interface is very dated, it does everything it's supposed to do!
