oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing

Hope the system can be improved... Sometimes the bike parking system is crashing but could got benefit from it which is really not good for the sustainability of a company. The bike quality is also horrible!! Use the deposit system and get more capital and invest the future of you company please... Other than that, I hope other cities or some rural areas also have bikes too. App doesn't work, I unlocked the bike for 3 minutes, saw the bike was damaged then tried to lock it back, and it continued to bill me (didn't recognize I locked it) . After I uninstalled the app and now I can't login with Facebook, it says that the app is not registered with Facebook. I hope this company doesn't continue to charge me for this malfunction.

this app is the actual definition of scam, it never gives your money back, and after one trip it always give you the message failed to connect to server please try again later. this will be just an unnecessary space on your phone, doesn't even deserve one star.

I cant even sign on. I tried text and Facebook. The response is "app in development" or another message related to accessibility. There is no customer support embedded in the app neither. Useless. Use at your own risk. July 2019

O bike was ok whilst it was in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia but as they weren't docked anywhere they were getting stolen & damaged. Had they been docked like the other bike share company they may have gone on here but the council's asked them to remove the bikes. I used them a few times & had no problem with them.

So useless! You can't even create an account or sign in with Facebook. Apparently, their servers don't work. Will never consider using oBike ever again. Also, their website's HTTPS certificates are invalid. So much for trust(worthiness)...

It does not work and they don't give back the money of the deposit!! The app stop to work on my mobile and althought i try to close my account and have refund of money i have received no answer for 1 month. I am gonna claim with legal to have money back.

Orrible app.. i tried for 2 days to register myself without any results! I send an email to the assistance and nobody replied. Great idea, horrible app and service

App shows bikes on map, but when I go to where they are located, I cannot find them. I checked with my friend, he seems to find this issue a lot.

They have shut up shop, but not returned deposits in Australia. You might have to dispute the original transaction with your financial provider.

The app is not working. I tried to sign in then it keeps saying your connection is wrong. Then i open the internet and still not working.. Hopefully u all can fix this. Thanks

Have to download this app using the app but then could not sign in to Fb nor register through my phone, what point on having it in the residential area when u cant even use it? The most useless thing that I have ever encounter!

I subscribed for one month subscription, the service stopped the second day for City..... What the heck kind of service is this? I want a refund......

Tried to request refund for the deposit many time but unable to do so and there are no respond. Now log in again the system does not allow to log in. Feel like money was scammed

Mobike stole my money just like OBike did years ago. I asked for a refund of my balance, instead they erased my balance with no refund saying "it was showing wrong amount which was an abnormal status" (Alexandre). I immediately reported the case to the police.

forgotten passwrod, attempted for reset and all I got was a 'fail to connect server' pop-up. Tried several times still same problem

Great app and service. Drawbacks: very slow to update credits and reward points.

Finally the city is removing hundreds of these junky bikes. I wish I could post a photo I took ... a pile of at least 100 of them picked up when they removed vandalized bikes from the river area.

It's a trap, it says in order to refund your deposit you click on a 'refund deposit' link in My Wallets... But there is no such link!

Locked bike after 20-25 min ride in Rome. Company charged me for over 4 hours. Sent message, no reply. No instant acknowledgement of trip. Garbage app. Bikes are neglected like garbage all over the cities

Couldn't find any bike in Zürich area. On app they show like available but nothing, those bikes just doesn't exist. Want my money back!

It wouldn't let me to sign in with my Facebook account that I used to do. Obviously my deposit with previous account becomes unavailable.

Very bad bikes. Feels like you are going up hill all the time with 100kg weight on each of the pedals and gale force wind against you.

I deleted the app before now i reinstalled it to unsubscribe cause i no long use it. But now it says i can't log in whether ot be through facebook or normal log in.
