HOW TO USE OBJECT VIEWER
-Launch the app
-Allow camera and photo access
-Enter your model code (upload your own model at www.MINIVERSE.io, or use a code shared by your friend)
-Wait for Model to download
-Make sure you can see the cube through your phone
-Hold your device with one hand and hold the cube with your other hand, or use the optional stand in the package
-Hold your 3D object in the palm of your hand!

The instructions for the camera mode are horrible.. I know the exact issue and I promise the devs won't do anything about it or admit to it. But it lacks the same auto focus feature your default camera app utilizes. Therefore it can't get a clear image of the cube, forcing you to keep cube close to screen and to move much slower. I'm not saying it does this to all devices.. but it does it to all of mine. And I own many many devices...
Really cool teaching/learning tool ! Love it. Recommend it. Go buy it !
Doesn't work on Samsung Note10+. Saw it presented and thought it is a great idea and the way it looked and functioned. Really want to give it 5 stars but can't because it simply doesn't run with my device. Unfortunately the app runs but won't focus or show the AR element often. The image freezes and the whole function of it just hangs in general. Edit: saw a new update had my hopes high it fixed the issue... ...but nothing. Still freezes and doesn't focus. Doesn't even pop up the 3D object.
It's a very cool novelty item, the way the AR tech works is pretty interesting. My only plight is with the app itself, it would be nice to be able to take pictures with the app itself, and also it'd be useful to download all items at once rather that one by one and waiting for it to download
Love the Merge Cube. It is my favorite remote learning tool. Students are immediately engaged when accessing the content from the Merge Object viewer app. The new updates have included more robust content for deeper learning and further investigation by young students. The realistic graphics are detailed, colorful and animated. The Merge Cube is a great interactive tool.
The models are great and a lot of detail was put into making them. One downside that I saw was that there are not labels on the models and no way that I saw to add labels. These would make the models more educational, in my opinion.
S20pro. I cannot see the 3d images using the merge cube official bought on Amazon. I can see without the cube. But I bought for the experience. I note my mobile and wife mobile go very warm when using just for 2 minutes even if does not work. I wish to change feedback to 5 because of original idea. It works with an old android tablet. Maybe need some update. Change my note from 1 to 3.

I like the ideas of the cube 3D. Yes, we can learn if there is more control. I spend the money on the cube and I hope something cool going to happen...nope. Such as human body for drawing that you can turn around and there is light shadow, some game you can use cube to play with... actually can control. I hope you know what I'm talking about. Oh, one more I can't use my code. You know? You get money from us as a customer already. You should FIX your APP to be BETTER.
I also bought the one-year subscription but can't access the additional features. I can see in my google account that I do have a subscription but the app itself keeps telling me to buy it in order to unlock the content...
I cannot figure out how to activate my cube and the app doesn't provide any guidance except to point my camera at the cube which does not activate the cube. Very frustrating.
If I could rate a zero i would but you cant so I give it a one. Its laggy its unrealistic and when you use merge cube you pay 15-35$ on things you can do for free
I just re downloaded the app because it's been three years since I've played with it so I wonder wats new other than that the design of the actual Merge cube is interesting because on 4 of the six sides there's at least one unique symbol like this one side has a arrow bracket facing out from a small diamond shape (<🔹>)on another there's the illuminati signature symbol a tri with an eye 🔺👁on the last side there's a small tri under what seems to be a anubis or Egypt symbol looks like dis lil⚖
I also bought the 1 year subscription and my kids were so excited and it said I purchased it but it won't let me access any of the locked content I paid for so disappointed currently waiting on a reply.
Buggy. The stamp option only shows for a second and then you cannot use it. Keeps kicking me off. Not worth the money.
I have a issue I bought the year subscription and now the items I unlocked is locked again telling me to subscribe. Very disappointed.

The app works, but where'd the flashlight go?
This app is very weird and creepy when you buy the product aint what is says either it just has weird items and when you get in the app they ask if they can take videos or pictures of you and you have to say yes to play and many wierd suspectes stuff DO NOT DOWNLAOD
The app refuses to focus. I have tried for an hour now and I've had zero success. Using S21Ultra.
If you are a teacher or a homeschool family, this thing is awesome. I love my merge cube and the apps!
Very slow and glitchy app. Despite such a progressive product your app is like from 2005
Dont buy! Dont download! Doesnt work unless you have a a listed phone. No matter if your device passes vrtest.ninja they recomend. Bad App.

This app is amazing u can see 3D objects through phone i have given it 3 stars as it only shows objects 3D when the cube is there and it is hard to make a cube just the same
The app fails to install I've done everything in the troubleshooting it still does not install Android 12 one UI for Samsung s21 5G
My expirenss is amazing i love this game but.. owner of this game it was really laggy we could not get onto anything but maybe samsung just was lagged i will go to the website kind regards Julia Agbaria
I've been with your product since the first month of it's release. I like how all the games and different activities are in one app instead of 20 different apps, but the camera focus isn't great. The apps with individual activities back in the day worked great. Had no problem. Loving the cube. Everything works great besides the focus.
