I am unable to read any articles, as I get these pop ups that ask for more $. I do not understand as I have paid $24.99 to be able to use this app? I have called to OD and no one can help. I would like a refund please.
Almost every time I try to look at the paper, I'm forced to log in. This sometimes in the middle of reading an article.
I have unlimited data on my phone and now you expect me to pay to read the news. That's called double dipping and it's wrong. I get cut off in the middle of reading an article also wrong. Shame on the OD
2 bit newspaper full of advertisements wants you to pay for old news.
Charging to read online is a bad marketing idea. You lose more than you gain.

All you want is money. Better yet the people of this area get better coverage away from here. All you say is you read too much this month. How true, because we need to be kept informed and not silenced and duped by keeping the news away. Whether it be coronavirus, school closings or politics, what makes you judge and jury. Your paper edition of the OD is a disgrace and now you try to keep us in the dark. Rome Sentinel, and Syracuse give us your news.

Worked great up until last update doesn't work now has had same articles for about a week fix it please
New design does not include weather info, as promised and promoted and contained in the previous one. It also is slower on updates, with police blotters often the lead news item. Hard to find latest real news.

I do not feel we should have to pay for in-line news that is loaded with ads. If there is a no-ad version, I might feel it worth a reasonable monthly payment.

Love the app. The categories make it easy to get info you need. Very user friendly.
I love the new app. The only thing I would like to see if the capability to view police blotters. So many people have smart phones and have the capability to view a PDF file. I would love to see a link that we could view them.

This app is so awesome
With as many inline and full screen ads as they have, they still put up a paywall after a small number of articles. Uninstalled and will try the WKTV and Newsbreak apps. Also cancelled my paper subscription because they frequently charge an extra $3 for a crappy insert that I don't want; I'll go with just the Sentinel. Your greed cost you both subscription and ad revenue.
