The OC Flex mobile day pass provides unlimited rides all day for $4.50 a day, seven days a week during our operating hours.
- How does OC Flex work?
OC Flex is a shared ride service that pairs multiple passengers heading in the same direction in a single vehicle. By entering your pick up and drop off locations in the OC Flex app, you will be matched with a vehicle going your way.
- How long will I wait?
The average wait time is 15-30 minutes, but you will always receive an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking.
- How many passengers will share a trip?
The number of passengers sharing a trip varies based on available seats at the time of your booking and your chosen destination. Our comfortable vehicles can easily fit 8 passengers at a time.
- Does OC Flex have wheelchair accommodations?
Yes, all OC Flex vans have accessibility for one wheelchair passenger per trip.

You can't even look at the app without submitting a bunch of information, name, phone #, email, secure password. I get signing up to USE it but to even see what areas are covered, hours etc? I think that your app developers should improve that so we can see what we are signing up for before we sign up. Is it auto pay only? Can I pay cash? Idk because I couldn't access practical information without creating an account. We should be able to browse and see if we need or want an account first.
Tried to book a ride for an hour and couldn't get one. And then since they make you buy the ticket before you book your ride I am now out the cost of the ride since their customer service will not respond to my emails. Complete garbage, better off using Lyft to save time and hassle.
Awesome! This service is a lifesaver, but there aren't enough buses to meet demand. When you can get a ride, the drivers display excellent customer service and can get you where you need to go quickly.
OC Flex is the worst 😫 The app doesn't work and the drivers are rude. They won't even pick up federal army employees. I truly wish there was another pick up service in Mission Viejo, CA. God help me!!!;
Hi I would love the driver's on oc flex. I just wish fix the app more because there is lot of freezing happrn8mg and says techniqually difficult..
All the drivers are supper nice, and the pass is pretty dang cheap. I'm super glad I picked this app up.
I can buy a pass and the money is charged but I can't activete it (the whole bus was solving this puzzle).

Very good and helpful
This is really a great service which I believe could take back riders away from Uber because of its lower fares and ease of access. However I'm giving it 3 stars because I don't normally travel in the current zones of service. I would like to see this service fully roll out throughout the whole county, particularly in the bigger cities like Anaheim, Santa Ana, and Irvine. OC really needs this kind of service - and hopefully it operates 24/7 to successfully compete against the other ride sharing Apps that are available on the market today.
