Useful app, good in response time but complicated processes in transferring to another account's, it's impossible to save three different passwords for one app "useless isn't it !", need a little work on layout and design
Trouble shooting all the time even with new version 3.3 which show app closed ..iam wondering that few months ago iam using this app with my account perfectly without any closing ..but now is totally different ..pls let us know what is a problem.. iam using Samsung 7 edge and all apps are updated continuously.
Difficult to log out, it mean that I'm always keep in log in at the same time can do nothing. It mean the deal is function less . Please try to solve it asap. Thank you a lot.
Nice GUI but the functionality has to be increased more, transferring to other internal accounts without a password and other methods of dealing with outside accounts..
Sometimes the app had a working problem. It appears that it need updating, when you entering google play to update it. you will not find any update. And still app not opening. Now i have this problem.
I re downloaded your app cause I lost my phone after the first transaction. I was required to type in my phone number. Then next it required a 4digit pin which I dont have and don't know how to get it. Pls i need to be guided on this. My first atempt was flawless
The last version 3.2 is unstable and crashes alot and it wont log in, plus you made it mandarory to update ,,you should have first rolled out a beta program to avoid the inconvenience
Finally working good after the new update 👍🏻 thank you. To activate the fingerprint go to settings and choose "Touch ID" and log out, next time you will see the fingerprint option shown on login.
Need alot of improvement in user interface, Because it's not easy to use, you need to search for a long time to find what you look for
The new version is better but it needs long time to complete the process you want, So I want to know whither it might be available when a net is not activated or/and no credit
The latest update 3.4 has a lot of problems and the application has become very slow and stops suddenly, please send another update and solve the problems
Transfer to other banks ATM card, not available although most of other banks application have this simple facility. Also, your ATM card not working with EBS application this not a preference or positive point for you.
the app keep sending a message "sorry time out " before login complete i can't log in to my account. what the solution?
The app. developing day by day, important note regarding font size: it must be adjustable or be more clear.

fiiiiiinally i got to know how i transfer , it's much easier than before , for sure goooood job .
It is so amazing and really eased the life for us those who are living abroad. My remarks on it are, the transfer to other banks accounts is restricted with a cap. Although I have enough balance in my account, I wasn't able to transfer for more than two months. The other thing is, the bank statement is very limited, it only allow the custome with no more than five transactions. Hopefully you - permitted us to download a monthly statement in our mobiles - Increase the other banks transfer cap
