Unable to use the token generator on the app and therefore unable to login. When you go to the token page it doesnt allow you ro enter your pin. The app freezes. When trying to login via app, the error message says : for some reason we can not proceed. (Horrible error message btw who is the ux person over there ?) Using xiaomi phonel android and app all up to date.
23/08/2020 used to be working fine, now it keeps crashing and can't restart at all. My customer thinks I don't have money to pay them. It's an official ocbc business app, this had to be fixed in this digital world. 3rd time this year! I had to go buy cashier's order for my client as I can't login to pay on the spot! How shameful! Dear OCBC, I seriously think there's problem with your IT department. Everytime Android does an update, the app won't work.
Could not access the OneToken since this morning. Tried to reinstall app and still cannot work. Does not allow login. Supposed to send notifications but never send, despite clicking on resend notifications. Could not perform our banking transactions because of this.
Can log in to check transaction history, but unable to create invoice. Type all the details then when clicking the final button to "Create Invoice" then it always fails with a ❌ pop up. After that I'm logged out. Used to work when I first started using the app this year.
Certified Worst Banking App on this planet. Out of nowhere it says pin invalid when I've been using biometric all the time. Tried reset, it says enter the code sent to email. Waited for the freaking email , nothing. Triggered resend. This time arrived. Entered, error says invalid. Tried again, get locked. Asked me to reset. But can only login 12-hours later. 12-hours later : Guess what? Yup - same problem again. OCBC app team need to fire itself. Because of them I can't send salaries to staff.
Had to reinstall and goes through all the security processes. Since the start of 2022 this apps has been very unstable. Used to be very useful and convinent but now..... I think the uob banking apps are better and stable. So guy please put some effort and bring back the convinent and stabilities.
I am ocbc business user for years. I really cant accept such a bad quality apps for the major bank. The apps crashed, bugged, and failed most of the time (without doing anything). Such performance is really disappointed.
This app has a bug. I'm not able to open the app & use it. The app is now not to take me to the login page. It keeps closing when trying to launch the apps & then informed the app currently has a bug and now has to wait for the app dev to fix before I can use it again. Anyway, my take on this new release version is not good compared to the older one. Don't release something if it has not been thoroughly tested. This is highly frustrating & creates a lot of inconveniences to the user.
The app is totally useless after the latest update. Totally can't open. Waiting for the technical team to fix the bug since more than a week ago. Without the app, there is no way that I can transact online for both app and PC as the app is used as digital token. Please get it done ASAP. 4th Feb 22
After the update, after keying in ID and password will have auto spacing, causing inconvenience. Worst is password is shown on the keyboard! Then after entering pin. It kept asking you to reactivate the app. This is creating a lot of inconveniences.
Unable to open the app with galaxy fold 3. Keep crashing when opening it. Tried uninstalling and installing it again.
Upgraded version is way worse than the previous versions........can't set up one token on my new device keep prompting tap on message send to my registered number but nothing because it's still being sent to my old device. Hence I deleted the app from my old device but keep getting the same prompting message......maybe it's time to switch over to another provider.
A horribly built application. It forced me to update the app to login but it doesn't recognize it as the same installation and forced me to re register my Onetoken and disabling my login for 12hrs. The people incharge of this application should throughly review their software engineering and QA processes
App prompt error that the APP is incompatible with OCBC OTP, is unable to login. The web page is unable to key in PIN as the last reported user. My device is Samsung Tab S6
Force closed and says incompatible with my phone. Was using it alright all the while until now. Onetoken thing is such an inconvenience.
The app keep failing and even uninstall and install couldn't help to open the app. This is frustrating when u need to have transaction at urgent time.
Unable to launch app (checked if there are updates required, but no). Restarted my phone, still the same. Terrible!
Looks like OCBC updated the App very recently after the slew of scams during Dec 2021 till current (Jan 2022). Now the landing page looks different but issue is the display contrast makes it very difficult to view. Turned on my phone (Android) Dark Mode but this made no difference at all in the App contrast. OCBC please consider to have a setting for user to change the App display contract. Thank you.
downloaded the app but it refuse to launch, tried reinstalling the app, tried restarting the phone and tried clearing cache but i still can't launch the app to complete my registration
All transactions not updated. I can't confirm with customer on payment receive. Please do something about it.
Can't log in at all past month since the update. Instead I get this message "For some reason, we cannot proeed". Please roll back the update! Please do not update to serve us better. 17/2/22 Got a call from OCBC. advised to update to latest version and try again. Did that and app still score 1/5. will shut down suddenly and the same message "for some reason, we cannot proceed". Thank goodness the Desktop version is working fine
Such a big company but the app can't even function well. Bad management and probably no budget to hire actual app building agencies.
Doesn't seem to send the text for 2-factor id. So I cannot log in. Has the correct mobile number. Preferred to use the old FOB.
previous interface was WAY BETTER, current one don't even show clear details on date.
No issue all along and suddenly got auto update. After update got error that my OneToken is disabled. Reinstall and got pop up that my phone is not compatible! No issue with the app until the latest update.
Frustrating. Pay proper devs for your BUSINESS banking system! Asked to enter 6 digit pin but the submit button is disables and greyed out! What kind of beginner mistake is this? If you keep asking us to call in/walk in for this kind of miniscule app error, you're never fixing this! I cant even activate your one token through the site and your app just doesnt work! This is bs!

Been using months without any problem. Then yesterday night, the app simply won't open. Keep closing. Uninstall the app and reinstall it. It's the same. Until next morning, the app magically worked. I have to reapply the OneToken and have to wait 12 hours for activation on the same device. We depends on the app the verify business transaction paid by customer. This kind of nonsense is not acceptable. If you have to apply patches on the backend, at least still allow the app to show up.
