This app has been problematic from the start. First install: Cannot log in. I click on the area you enter your login id, it loads, then nothing happens :/ what a waste of time. At least the OTP works Then update ok. Then today, had a great day, friend asked to transfer money for gas. Simple 5 min task. Ends up being 20 mins, cannot change the recepient. Updated the app, problem fixed - FOR NOW Don't really like the new keyboard, but I can live with it. Just hope it works ok now¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Bad login experience. UI for in-app keyboard has no tactile nor visual feedback. No option to view password to confirm. Got locked out a few times, only with OCBC. Never faced other bank apps with this prob.
What you owe and statement balance are totally unequal, it makes customer confuse which one to pay, please kindly improve the terms and the interface for easy understanding and in one click convenience. Kindly learn from maybank app. After 2 years I realize still no improvement. Even though fully paid, one part recorded as RM0, another part still recorded as owe money. Did the person who design this app use himself???
Whenever I update my software on the phone, I have problem to login to this app. Happened again and again. So frustrating.
Something went wrong recently. Duitit transfers DO NOT show in Account Transactions despite Money out of Account. The successful transaction is ONLY visible in the Notification. Hope the OCBC Banking App team can investigate n rectify it ASAP.
I can't download any e-statement as a notice will appear stating that I don't have a PDF reader to view the document!
Better sms as one token rather than apps to get the otp. Sometimes, when we need to get the otp from the apps, we have been auto log out from other apps and need to log in again.
Everytime stuck at loading page when you want to transfer money, cant really perform any function with this app except checking your balance
Worst app of all. Always unavailable. Having a mobile bank app is supposed to be more convenient.

Lost my phone, then some genius decision decided to enable 12 cooling period for onetoken, now I cant use my account during this time.. Well played... If only 0 star can be given. Build in keyboard is horrible too, can't see what you have key in.
Horrible app since the beginning. I constantly have to close the app cos it will be stucked at the loading page. It's always slow, and there's lots of pages to close or skip.. And alot of clicks just to get to where I want. And WORSE, with the recent update, I can't even use the app. After the fingerprint, it gets stucked at the activate OneToken page. I don't want to use the OneToken. It's a headache when I want to switch device. Please fix it.. Can't use the app to check credit limit.
Guys can you please fix this app. I am unable to enable one touch on Google pixel 3. After entering the OTP to set it, it will just spin continuously. This does not happen on my iPhone. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Cleared the cache and memory but just refuses to work. Even tried setting one touch before login in for the first time on the app and same problem. Very frustrating. Thanks

After update it keep asking to activate the one token. Try many times using different approaches even uninstall and reinstall and giving all access permissions but still failed. Call customer service twice and still can't resolved. Fed up. Now I can't access the full website without one token. It must be the Apps issue. Can someone expert look into it asap???
Has been all okay until someone decided to implement own keyboard on the recent update and which basically disabling copy/paste that is also breaking the convenience of password managers autofills. (are you expecting people to type randomized >12 characters of alphanumerical-symbols password?)
Have had no problems with functionality. However I do not like your new look. Confusing and not intuitive, dare i say downright awful? Do you even run usability tests before redesigning? Seems like it was designed by someone who doesnt use online banking... hope you will improve this.
S9 Note user. At first the app was working fine without any glitches. This month, when I requested for the OTP via the app, the app refuses to let me access the OTP and kept bringing me to log in via the OneTouch. I had to call OCBC to disable the one touch and otp via the app as I could not perform any transactions. After that, I deleted the app and re downloaded it, thinking my phone was the problem.After that it just became worst - App keeps crashing. I cant even log in.
It quite convenient, however, if it can set up the function that allowing users to add/edit the payer, or bill organisation via apps will be better. Whenever I want to pay bill, I have to switch to another bank to pay certain bill, because the apps no function to add/edit new recipient, payer, or bill organisation via apps😕
Could use a massive amount of improvements. Activation process is vague and at times terribly annoying. Layout and visual designs are not intuitive - the same is happening on the online banking webpage. Confusion and frustration are common. Compared with several e payment apps, this is perhaps the worst. Please improve.
Reliable, safe and intuitive
OneToken is not working. Keeps telling me the activation failed with potential security risks detected on my phone after the latest update. I had no issue with this device or my previous device earlier. Now both does not work and I have no way to do any banking transaction. Please provide an alternative ASAP instead of giving me unacceptable reasons and no ETA on the fix.
I don't know what has been updated recently but after transfer when I print screen the transaction was successfully done, it shows my account balance and the shop knows how much saving in my account. A very brilliant update!
Some "genius" decided to update v7.1 of this app with your own keyboard when keying in password which broke the Android Autofill system used by password managers. While trying to make the app more secure, they inadvertently made it less secure for their users! Revert this nonsense please.
[Updated Review 23 Dec] The new look is a great improvement over the old one. Viewing transaction history is a pleasant view. I cannot comment on other functions, as they seem to not be updated with the UI look it is going for in Login & Transaction Summary page. Hope to more great updates!
Terrible experience cannot do any transaction in the app. When click on transfer to other bank no any response. I had tried reinstall many times and the WiFi is in good condition.
