Cant figure out where its at,cant keep the mileage of the truck have to reload it at every change driver status,cant figure out hours after 8 days wont drop or add hours so only 7 days and 34 reset, but seems im doing better than most. Could go on but i think you get the picture. Read others too.

app does what it wants. in the middle of the night when im sleeping it will auto switch my log to driving. the app and the e log setup need serious work.

After you go to Driving, you might want to close the App so that it stays in Driving mode. Otherwise when you sit at a red light it will put you in On Duty Not Driving. It will start beeping at you.

cant put commas slashes spaces or dashes in any section of log summary un able to separate truck and trailer number destination city and state or multiple BOL numbers have called multiple times about this but still not fixed in any updates

Worst app ever, i can't believe the company i drive for uses this. Slow to respond, constantly not responding. A pathetic attempt .

the application doesn't stay connected or update your mile right. Its a good try but doesn't work for me.

It never works properly always has to update it always have to reboot my tablet to get it to work correctly the app needs substantial improvements

junk. never functions correctly. call in for support and they call you daily for months over issue.

So unreliable it's not even funny anymore.. I shouldn't have to run a paper log as well

This app is disgusting

When driving it puts itself on onduty. Constantly unpairing itself.cant tell how many hours i have left to drive. Its a headache.. This was my first rating 1 star. Been on it a month and a half. Spoke to them about issues and they were quick to resolve them. I still dont like eld's but these folks have made it bareble. Respectfull and curtious. They gotten me fix and ready to roll.after interacting with them and seing how quick they are to resove issues, i give them a 4 star.. p.s.. i got a d.o.t inspection, with no issues just as i hate eld's so do most d.o.t officers

Very poor. Too many unresolved bugs and complications. A headache

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because, at the end of the day, it does what it's supposed to... but it's a royal pain to use. The app is incredibly slow, it freezes, and just outright crashes pretty often. Using this app feels like having an argument with your tablet. I don't understand why it asks for so many permissions either. Why does a logging app need access to your contacts and camera?

Tried to pair to vehicle and completely locked the app up. Have to uninstall app.

Junk. I drove 20 miles but app add 5000 miles to my trip and does not let me put lower milaeage. I set up two accounts. on both the same problem.

This app sucks bad it was great

App. Is terrible, the tablet this company provided for us is so slow it takes about a hour fooling with it every day to get it to work. It is so slow. I switched to using my phone and it worked great for 2 weeks. Now the app won't even work with my phone. Called customer support and have been waiting for them to call me for about two weeks now. Called them back and get the same mess. Don't wast your time.

I have used this app since November 2017. I have done every update they send out. Updated to the recent version 1.6.2 I believe, and now it won't open or even let me log off from the previous day when I stopped driving. Good thing I still am on paper logs. Do NOT download or use. I do NOT recommend. More headaches than it is worth.

This app crashes multiple times a day, extremely slow, and have a tendency to change duty status on it's own.

Well I been trying to get this thing To working and it just continue to give me violation on top Of each other, it half works, I called in they tell me they going to call me back, I get no answer, Or call, At 1 point they Would stay on the phone to see if they can get it to work. Now I can't do a change of address because is stuck on one screen, I can't get that screen off, They tell you they can only be on the phone with you for 15 minutes but the problem is a lifetime, can't get this On command To work properly for a least a week, Not good at all I am so disappointed really no stars........I want my MONEY BACK!!

I have been trying to use this ELD for over a month. Complete garbage. All the negative remarks are accurate and im having same problems.

This is what my company has provided for us to use. The tablet we have is junk. Never has service when ya need it. So far the phone app works well. Only thing I have a problem with is when I log on in the morning, I have to reboot my phone to get the app to start again so I can show my break or log off.

It works so 1 star. It looks good so 2 stars. The staff are friendly when you call so 3 stars. However, it doesn't work, correctly, and needs a lot of improvement. I was supposed to get a call back from support to go over improvements that needed to be made and become a beta tester for new versions... Never heard from them soooo...

Doesn't work waste of money
