It's great easy to use and always works for me and if something is wrong they fix it in a quick and efficient manner. Plus they have the best customer service in the northwest maybe anywhere. Highly recommend this app for anyone who uses occu and is having trouble during the coronavirus or anytime really
My purchases do not update in real time in my mobile banking. It's very frustrating because I can make 2-3 purchases in one day and they don't even show up for another 24-48 hours. They don't appear as pending transactions and my balance/available balance doesn't update to reflect the money I have spent. The old app had nothing wrong with it, was much simpler and effective. Don't fix something that doesn't need fixing.
I dont have experience in alot of bank apps but this one makes everything super easy. The only downside is having to put in your password everytime. On the other hand I appreciate the security. Everything with a grain of salt I guess.
Useless. The one time I was able to log in when the app was first revamped, I couldn't remotely deposit checks, which was my main use of the app. Now I can't even log in. My log in info is fine. I'm not going to change my log in info every time I need to use the app like some people have described doing.
The app is pretty good. Only problem is I cannot see what is pending from my account. It will show a pending charge in the balances but when I go to the pending section it says nothing is pending.... kinda frustrating.
No longer seems to show pending transactions. Has bugs in the system obviously because yesterday I deposited a check in the bank and its showing as a negitive not a positive transaction but balance is right. And 24 hours after a credit card purchase, the purchase is not shown on app
I miss some of the detail from before. Like pending transactions, loan interest info, loan payment breakdowns, etc. But LOVE the new layout and ease of access to ALL of my accounts.
The new app is great, I can see all of my accounts with one login in, I can get all my balances, I can also transfer between accounts myself without having to call in to have it done. So far the App is working great, Thank you.
Easy to use and super convenient. I can transfer to other members, I can pay my Bill's, the security is outstanding. If I have any issues or questions, the member service is wonderful.
This is awesome. All of my accounts are together in one spot. I don't have to log into each one individually. Makes it super easy to transfer between accounts. I can also get alerts when there is a change in the account(s).
Yeah I'm not sure what they did but its acting like I've never used occu before, I try to log in with all the right info and it just gives me an error. I used the forgot username password ect and just more errors, really unneccessary to ruin a simple a good running app.
I enjoyed the old app. The new one I can't search places that I've spent money and the lay out just isn't as user friendly as before and not appealing. Or easy.
I miss having the text alerts sent to me. I asked and I was told that only comes with checking accounts. Now, I have to put my password in everything and get a code sent to me almost weekly
As with all changes, it takes time to learn how the new things work. Once I learned how to navigate around, it's pretty easy to work with.
Hard to write a review when you are not allowed to enroll. Gave correct member number, social security number and correct last name. Kept getting an error that my info did not mat h your records. Odd because I was talking to a service rep. today and the info I entered here mat he'd the info you have in my records.
With a few tweaks after the new app was introduced it has been stable and dependable. We love OCCU.
I have to go through setting up each time, can't get the app onto my phone. I have to go into my play store every time.
Love that my account is at my finger tips and a much better layout then the previous app. Also the extra protectolion! Thank you! :)

Unable to get in! Keeps telling me it will send a text to confirm, and never does!
Worked fine until upgrading. Can't log in! If I could give the app a negative number, I would!!!
Very simple to navigate. Best banking app I have ever used.
Been banking with then for almost 30 years and know one can touch there loan rates.

Once you learn a few tricks is very easy to use I love it.

Some features don't work, like the one at the very top, tap for account balance, but customer service that backs up the app is world class (meaning Brooke in your call center - world class, especially for this, the Portland branch). I don't like that I am often asked for an OTP one time passcode when something updates on your end. One time would suggest, um, one time.
