Great app for tides, water temps ,sunrise and sunsets . . would be great if there were more jersey buoys , Cape May maybe
Great app, I can go to where I swim and get an accurate idea of the conditions there.
Mixed feelings about this app. If you open the actual app, you will get all of the info you want. However, it seems the screen widget either shows no info, or old info. In other words, I rarely can rely on the widget info as being accurate. UPDATE: Since the developer reached out to me to explain how the under performing widget is more Google's fault, I've changed my mind and will be raising my rating from a 4 to a 5.
Good app, thanks! Will be good to know water temperature data by specific beaches (this information available freely on some websites), also, paid (let say, $2.99 will be fair enough) app instead annual subscription should work better, at least for me.
Great app, easy to use. I use it for multiple places along the gulf of Mexico. Never any problem until now buoys have not updated for over 10,000 min. Not sure what's going on. Thanks for the update had no idea NOAA was having issues.
Could you please restore the simple daily tide times. I cannot make head nor tail of the 7 day graph. :( I'm only keeping the app for the water temperature.
Love it! It shows the ocean temperature, air temp, and tide info all on one screen in an easy to read interface! Simple and easy.
Pretty good. A little slow to load. Will be much better with a graphical sea temperature and tide plot from a persistent widget.
I live on the coast of South Carolina, and this integrates beautifully with my home Google devices, I can ask what the tide is and it will tell me current information, or I can log into the app and see it myself. handy for planning a trip.
Doesn't update in Australia. Last reading 17th July, 68815 minutes ago. Also graphs don't work properly. Very basic interface. Needs work
Great to be able to see actual sea temperature locally and round the world 🌎 I LOVE this app it's brilliant, so useful for sea swimming. Being a bit of a geek I love looking at the temperature graph for our local buoy. Thank you 👍
Great app, lots of info provided for each bouy. Good if you're checking surf conditions or checking rising water temps.
Great app but I've paid for pro and I still get occasional ads plus it will tell me to upgrade to pro in my widget quite often. Otherwise it would get 5 stars.
Nothing available in my area, looks like a good app to use, but no good for me. I'm in the south east of England the closest available was off the coast of France.
I really like this app full of valuable information I just wish the buoys would cooperate with the provider more or the provider wouldn't cooperate with the buoys Moore whatever the case may be I think it's an awesome app thank you very much
Finally found an app that gives good info for tides and water temperature in Tampa Bay. Helps for fishing and kayaking. Nice work thank you!
We travel along the coast of Florida in our Motorhome. This is easy to read tides and water temp before we go to the beach.
Won't work without a connection. Does not store any info. So if you are like me it's useless when on/near the ocean.
Trying to set it up the app for Brighton as main page as I live there but it never shows and main screen get automatically set up on Greenwich (London) why?
Wish there were more bouys for more data. Otherwise it does a fine job with info about water temps.
decent. probably could use more buoy's for data but it gives me the info i need, close to the beaches i need. good enough.
Just downloaded but looks awesome
Gives water temps for THREE whole places in my state. What's the point?
It very nice and smooth, only wish it had a few boys closer to me
I use this for deciding if I want to swim or not. My favorite feature is the temperature history graphs, and I have some suggestions to make them more useful: 1. Make the graphs 'traceable', meaning that I can tap on a data point on the graph and see the time and temp at that point 2. Let the graphs turn to landscape mode to spread out, instead of just being portrait mode 3. have the option to mark high/low tide points on the temp graph. The temperatures go up and down so much each day, and I'm interested to find out if they follow times or tides more. I also wish the buoy data was refreshed more often, but that may be due to the buoys, not this app.
