The android version is trash compared to the iOS app. Account balance(s) and activity always show up one or two days later than on my wife's iPhone. I have to get in contact with her to verify direct deposits and account balances. This is and was never a problem with any other banking app.

Mobile deposit is difficult at times, and I try to deposit a check I have to retake the picture at least two to three times. The software has improved, but not perfect. The auto take of the pictured check, does not engage, so I hit the manual button instead

Major issue is we are not able to print from cell phone. Always have to wait to locate a computer which is very inconvenient. Please, the time is now to bring this all up to date as may of us only have cell phones and tablets, not computers. This app is decent but not nearly up to the standards of other banking apps in 2022.

Some suggestions: 1. Remove the white square around the logo when opening the app. 2. Look at the UI guidelines for Android 12 and apply some. 3. Get rid of the fade animation when switching tabs, it creates a small delay. 4. Preload the tabs so there isn't a "Please waitโ€ฆ" prompt.

Just as easy as it should be . Mobile check deposit is the only downfall. Does not work properly. It works................eventually. Looks like they are listening, haven't had a problem with depositing checks anymore ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I think the app is not nearly as smooth and efficient as was the app for Two River Community Bank. Takes too long, often logs off in mid-transaction, asks too many times to confirm that I can read the check. Additionally, the log-on is also not as efficient. As you plug in your password you should be able to see what you're punching in so as to make sure it is correct before selecting "sign in", a feature that the TRCB app did provide.

The fingerprint sign-in feature is EXTREMELY inconsistent and therefore makes the app either very easy or very time consuming to open. Mine has done away with the fingerprint optimization yet again, and I'm so sick of it switching all the time. Please bring it back, it makes the app so much easier and fluid.

The worst mobile banking app and the worst bank! Very slow and unresponsive when depositing checks! Keeps asking you to look at the front of the check and see if your signature contains "For Mobile Deposit Only". First of all, my signature goes on the back, so I can't really see it in the front to verify, stupid! Second, what other bank makes you write that on every check? I have BofA, Chase, Capital One and never had such issues with them and they also don't charge me $6/month to keep my money!

The app has gone down hill drastically since their systems update. Hoping they get there act back together. No biometrics, much longer time for deposits to appear and now so much shows as pending. I think the worst thing is the reply to call there main customer service number for support or help. You just go to a main menu sit on hold after trying to figure out what numbers to push. They cannot offer help with the app anyway. Wake up Ocean First and get back to personal service!! PLEASE...

Once you set up fingerprint ID it is so much faster and easier than going to the website. I can go in and pay a bill in seconds and with ebills it tells me how much I need to pay and reminds me when it is due. The app works really well on my samsung watch too!

It would be nice if they notified the customers when they'll be taking the mobile banking offline. I rely heavily on the mobile banking via app and online since they have closed branches temporarily and some permanently. Half the time I login I'm unable to, or its unavailable, it's a great bank and the online works great when it's up, but the much needed reliability to access my money when I need to is going downhill without notice.

Check deposit is very slow, so app times out and closes mid deposit. Then I have to start all over again, after spending time verifying that the check did not, by any chance, go through. Timing out during deposit process should be disabled. Frustrating. Otherwise no other issues noticed.

Not sure what changed but everthing was working fine until today. I kept getting timed out when trying to deposit a check. I uninstalled and installed the app. and now I can't complete the log in due to again, my session times out.

The app is simple, fast and easy... However, the mobile deposit is flakey. Will not take images consistently so it is difficult to felt on it. If they fix that, I would rate 5 stars for sure!

What's wrong with this app? This app has changed with their last update. It use to show up to date real time account balances and transactions. Today I logged in to see transactions from 10 days ago. I hope someone calls like the response says.

Last update broke the app. The login button no longer functions, and I can not log into my account anymore. Heading to the bank this afternoon to see if they can do anything. If not, closing the account and switching to a bank with a working mobile app.

Pretty good app but having a feature to look at/ clear holds/frozen accounts would really be nice. I can't stand having to call to do so. The hours of operation are always when I'm at work.

It is lagging. Won't show my updated balance and my transactions stay pending . Very frustrating when you have to result in calling customer service when you are at work or otherwise occupied. Hope there is a update in the near future

Update: i increased to 4 stars now bc after my initial review regarding the update, i received a personal call from the company and they assured me it was not the update but a network issue they were having. They promised it would br fixed and it has been as of 4/15. I had no issues with this app until this new update (installed today) broke the app..

Suuuuper slow. Constantly have trouble depositing checks. Camera won't rotate or adjust. Sometimes it just freezes and closes out in the middle of a deposit.
